Huge victory!!!

Justice will be served! In the begining I may add that I did feel sympathy for the Anthonys! that is until cindy began spewing venom against all those volunteers and LE that were involved in searching for caylee. Cindy refused to cooperate with LE even went as far as washing evidence and didnt a huge turn around! trying to contradict everything in her first interviews. She went from it smells like a dead body to its a rotting pizza!!
I in all my life have NEVER EVER!!! Seen grandparents act in such as a manner as The anthonys. They have done nothing to look themselves for the real killer!! they did go on a cruise in the wrong direction!!
They better than anyone else know casey did it!! cindy was notorious for always telling her friends and boyfriends that casey was a sociopath that steals and uses people. I could go on and on but we all know the spill!!
I have no respect for george because he has allowed cindy to strip him of his dignity and self respect. He has joined in cindys crusade to help casey. As a form LE he well knows the law and he knows the smell of death. He himself said once you smell it you never forget. I think that because of cindy's control and narssistic behaviours her family has been seriously damaged.
Her body language tells a different story! she knows casey is guilty!!
How does cindy think we the public should feel! sympathy for her and her daughter is not acceptable! Many of us have grandkids that we adore! how can she expect us to not be touched by caylees death. We have been her support and our endeavors are to seek justice. The money has blinded cindys eyes totaly. how many of us granparents could sell pictures of our murdered grandchildren for profit? they continue to appear on TV with that pity me look!!
my loyalty is to the prosecution! and caylee a little girl that has been abandoned by her grandparents. Cindy is one cold narcissistic woman! who made a monster of her daughter by enabling and not seeking help with her mental health issues. I think lee is pathetic with his inappropiate laughter! who can laugh when questioned about death geez.
If one of my daughters killed my grandchild I would never hinder the investigation! I would make my daughter take responsibility and I would never sell pictures. I wouldnt quit loving my child but I would make her face her crime !! we have choices in life to do right or wrong. Casey hated cindy so much that she killed caylee for spite. In my opinion she wanted her freedom to party and sleep around and with her child dead she was free to live the vita bella but instead the grandparents are living it for her. they dont visit her in jail because they fear confrontation of their cruise and new life. not because of the taping. Note that casey doesnt even look at them coming or leaving court. that speaks volumes. cindys fears casey coming home because casey is evil. to keep the story alive is tooo keep the money flowing.!!! everyones cashing in even her lawyers!!!

ALL I WANT IS JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!

I read the body language expert's opinion. And I now realize she was fake crying. Phooey on me for falling for it. I'll have to remember at all times we are dealing with Casey and not a normal person.

Judge Rules To Leave Death Penalty On Table For Casey
Defense Has Cited Lack Of Evidence, Unconstitutionality

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Despite an argument by Casey Anthony's defense team, a motion was denied by Judge Stan Strickland, so the death penalty will still be sought against the 23-year-old.

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, has argued that the death penalty in this case is unconstitutional.

Baez also previously filed a motion asking the judge to force the prosecution to reveal why it believes the death penalty should be on the table.

He argued that the prosecution cannot establish why or how Caylee died and wants to know what evidence the state that justifies the death penalty.

"While the Court found much of defense counsel's argument regarding death penalty law and procedures to be compelling, her argument as to the state's bad faith and impermissible motives cannot withstand scrutiny. While the quantum of evidence sufficient to seek the death penalty will virtually always be an issue, that matter is best left to the jury. The prosecution's brief recitation of facts supporting its decision to seek the death penalty in this matter was also compelling, and therefore sufficient," the order stated.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home in December 2008 by a meter reader. Anthony maintains that a nanny by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee.

Dave states:

Judge Strickland ruled that the state may continue its quest for death and said the issue of whether Casey should face it or not should be for the jury to decide.

“While the quantum of evidence sufficient to seek the death penalty will virtually always be an issue, that matter is generally best left for the jury,” Strickland wrote in the three-page ruling.

This is the last of the motions argued last Friday and true to his word, this week the judge denied all of them.
