OMG she is so disturbed - it is almost as though she is ready to crack in that video and the sad part is you can hear her children in the background.  I don't understand where her family is??  Why haven't they done anything to keep her from doing this stuff....I know her husband has a dark past but where is he in all this?

Wow...just wow.  Her daughter is saying she is a crack dealer and they think it is funny?  I agree with the one comment, Joy in this video reminds me of the famous Anna Nicole clown video .

Yeah, that's pretty specific. You are probably right.

I initially thought it would extend to any visits, but on second thought, it probably is just lawyer/client visits.

I'm bringing this forward because I never saw anyone answer and I want to know the answer to the first part. 

Does anyone know if the state (Linda Burdick} ever got a copy of Georges testimony
before the grand jury. I know they applied but I never heard a result.
Also does this mean that if CA & GA go to see CA that the judge will watch the
the tapes first. No big deal, they won't go to see her anyway.

I have not heard the end result if the State got a copy of George's GJ testimony. I'm just going to assume they did, but don't really know.

I don't know how to link this over but I am looking at the Order that Judge Strickland ordered. It is Case No: 48:2008-CF-015606-0

It says:

"This Cause coming on to be heard upon the State's Motion for Transcription of Grand Jury Testimony, and the Court having been duly advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the State's Motion for Transcription of Grand Jury of George Anthony taken/heard before the Grand Jury on October 14, 2008 is hereby granted, the original of said transcript shall be delivered to the State Attorney and all of the requirements of grand jury secrecy pursuant to Florida Statute 905.27 shall remain in effect pending the further order of this court."

Grand jury testimony is not viewed by the public so we will not be able to see George's testimony. It would be very interesting read I am sure. Maybe it will come out at trial I have no idea.  Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for the info on GA's grandjury info. I think the state were
worried that he would change his testimony at trial. But he might say that he said
that because he was disturbed and tried to commit suicide after his testimony.

It’s been a tough week for Casey Anthony’s defense team. The defense lost a number of motions filed, but the most important loss was regarding the death penalty. Casey’s defense team had filed motions requesting the death penalty be removed from her case due to a ‘bad faith’ move by the State Attorney’s office.


Defense had stated that prosecutors added the death penalty as a way of manipulating Casey into a confession; thereby violating her civil rights. Judge Stan Strickland disagreed. Today he announced that he would not remove the death penalty and the decision whether or not Casey Anthony should die for the murder of her two-year old daughter Caylee would be made by the jury who convicts her.
Casey Anthony’s defense had also requested that video tapings and recordings made in the Orange County Jail between Casey and her visitors be destroyed and that future video tapings and recordings be stopped. Judge Stan Strickland disagreed again, and said that the video-tapings would continue as is pertinent to Florida law. Casey’s defense has argued that the potential jury pool is being swayed against Casey due to the voluminous amounts of media against her.


Whether or not that will come into play during her trial next year remains to be seen. There is a large possibility that Casey Anthony’s trial will be moved out of Orlando, Florida due to the amount of publicity the case has received. When Caylee Anthony was reported missing in July of 2008, the nation was searching for the missing child. The case was featured nightly on HLN’s Nancy Grace as the nation prayed for the safe return of Caylee. Casey Anthony failed to report Caylee missing for 31 days and photos surfaced of Caylee partying and dancing while Caylee was missing.


Casey Anthony states that a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee. No record of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez fitting the description Casey gave exists.
Casey Anthony is scheduled for trial in the summer of 2010.
