I've learned an awful lot from all of you, and I am so grateful that I found this forum.  I hope all of you will have a wonderful, healthy and prosperous year.  I firmly believe that from our branches on the Scared Monkeys tree, we'll see justice ultimately realized for precious little Caylee. 
(After a spectacular New Year's Eve at a party with delightful friends and a fireworks display that was amazing, I'm waxing sentimental.  )

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony along with the other Orange County jail inmates will get a special holiday dinner Friday.

Casey and the other inmates will enjoy glazed turkey or ham, Au gratin potatoes, pinto beans, bread and butter and juice.

Also, for dessert she will get devil's food cake.

The way it gets told most times down South is that families must cook, serve, and eat some black eyed peas and greens on the first day to ensure good luck and prosperity. Most often, it’s said that the black eyed peas bring luck while the greens (being green) mean more money.

I don't think people really hate the Anthony's as much as they despise them for what they enabled their daughter to become.  I believe that shoving Casey's behavior under the rug became easier for them than actually taking the time to try and change it.  Sometimes as parents we go for the easy fix for the moment to keep peace and then later realize the behavior esculates and we're screwed. It's like once the episode is over, we wipe the sweat off our brow and hope it's a one time thing.  This is just my opinion and maybe wrong to some others.
