TY, Klaas.

That will always be my memory of Paulus.
I don't ever remember being happy about a person dying before.

Crucial Natalee Holloway witness dies

Thursday 11 February 2010

Paul van der Sloot, father of the chief suspect in the disappearance of US teenager Natalee Holloway, is reported to have died on the island of Aruba at the age of 57.

The father of Joran van der Sloot, the teenager who was with Holloway on the night she vanished, collapsed during a game of tennis.

He is considered a crucial witness in the mysterious vanishing of Holloway, who went missing on the last night of a graduation class school trip to the Caribbean island in May 2005.

Joran van der Sloot has admitted being with Holloway on the beach the night she died. He told an undercover tv reporter that a friend had dumped her body at sea.

TV crime reporter Peter R de Vries, who has followed the case closely, says on his website he is convinced Paul van der Sloot helped his son in covering up the crime.

'I am personally convinced he knew more [about the case] and helped his son that night,' De Vries wrote. 'But he has now taken that secret to his grave.'

Let's never forget WHO Paulus Van Der Sloot truly was. And this is for you posters on the hate sites who lost a hero yesterday and for his family whom I hate and despise with every atom of my being. I wish them all a painful slow death. And I pray to God that as Paulus lie dying on that tennis court - it was painful and the last thing that flashed through his mind was Natalee's face.

Break it down -

Premeditated - yeah that's right. THAT'S him on that casino video and everyone knows it. The truth about this will come out someday, but for the time being - just take my word for it. Paulus was charged with PREMEDITATED MURDER.

TWO CONTACTS WITH NATALEE - Aruban court came to that conclusion.

Picked Joran up near McDonalds - this is cover for getting Natalee out of their house of horrors.

Bank and ATM transactions - Wonder what Ruth has to say about all this?

Preferential treatment - drove himself to his arrest.

Lied to Beth's face - during Greta interview.

Violated prison rules - he's was an judge in training and knew the rules. Took contraband and a cell phone to his son IN JAIL.

Had the nerve to sue for compensation - this sack of crap was JUSTLY arrested - not detained.

Wiretapped - yeah, that's right - wiretapped talking to Van Der Straaten about the case and confirmed by Rudy Croes.

Fled to Florida - while arrests were taking place.

Hired lawyers for other defendants - that Kalpoe trash sat at his house and had their pool party pow-wow.

Called Anita in Holland - told her Joran was the last to be seen with Natalee. "Her man called her in the Nederlands". Started the ball rollin'.

Got his bag man -Steve Croes- involved - false alibi.

Destroyed case documents - stored in law office of Joran's attorney.

Hope that Paulus rots in hell for all of eternity and is anxiously awaiting the one way trip of the three raping murdering scumbags he enabled.

What news!

He had no time for a death bed confession, I suppose, not that he would have anyway.

Rob, Those items you pointed out brings it all back like it was yesterday. Yes, Paulus was a real criminal, imo.
However, we still have Anita, who I am sure knows everything that went on, and IMO even helped destroy some of the evidence. Lets hope she realizes her mortality after the death of Paulus and opts to do the right thing.

As for Joran, I don't expect him to ever reveal the truth.

I think Paulus has had a heart condition for a long time now, hence the sweating under stress when speaking with Beth that time in his kitchen, when the sweat was pouring off his forehead and Anita had to wipe it with a cloth. Profuse sweating is a sign of such problems in many cases.

He was a SOB in life and now is a deceased SOB. That is about the best I can come up with for any thoughts on his passing.

Oh, and where are all the gory pictures of him laying on the tennis court and the ambulance arriving, like the media in Aruba loves to show of everyone else that has died?

I want to see if...Zipper undone? Hand in pocket, etc etc etc?

I don't expect the complete truth from Joran either.  Not ever.

But there are other ways to skin a cat.

I wonder if Anita will be able to keep the house?  Or will she be forced to sell?  That property getting into the right hands could prove fruitful.

I don't have the exact quote handy, but Paul also said he'd do anything for his son.....came to mind while reading Rob's excellent list.

Good to see long time members posting.  It shows that they haven't abandoned Natalee....haven't gone away & still remember all of the details Aruba would like us to forget.   thumleft thumright

I had similar thoughts this morning.  Not knowing if they have a mortgage, plus one in college and the youngest still to get there.....how much do they really have to sustain a life there, and will she want to?

BBM
I was wondering the same thing.     There are probably those that would make certain Anita keeps the Sloot house under the guise of helping the widow of a judge keep her house, when in reality it's to continue the cover up.  Or maybe the house would go to someone hand picked to be certain there is no access to the house, and then substantial remodeling would take place, which would continue to obliterate any evidence that might have been missed in the previous attempts to cover up.  JMHO

Good points, never thought of that
But, I would bet she goes back to the Netherlands to be near family. I supose it depends on her situation financially and emotionally. There can't be much on that rock for her to stay for except bad memories. And , in Netherlands, she'd be closer to her Golden Boy, Joran

Yes, there certainly are some expenses she will have.  She can't possibly make that much money as a teacher, and I'm not even going to ponder proceeds from her art sales.

Another question - Son #1.  If it was daddy funding his Thailand adventure, that is certainly over now.  No way could Anita afford to have two sons with college, and the other globetrotting.
