In case others don't know who Obscuregawdess at RU is, she is the girl who contacted Joran and told everyone at RU how good friends they were.  She is also the one who recently phoned Ronald Cummings in jail and is also a supporter of George Anthony.  She claims she is bipolar on her myspace and I believe her:

For the record and you are all certainly able to disagree -

Lorenzo is not the son of Paulus. Makes for a nice sub-plot, but I sincerely doubt this is true.

Paulus was in Tilburg with van der Straaten and Oduber - they all knew each other all the way back then. This is the real connection.

Paulus has many many wiretaps that span Europe and S. America. The full extent of those wiretaps are not known to us. I am most interesting in those that go to South America. Maybe we will finally find out who he was speaking with and the relevant conversation points entailed. I would still like to know what TJ Ward gave to Greta - and I understand the tapes are not very long and only detail a few points with a man that goes by the name Jaguar. I have related these points before. It's not at all new.

Paulus had a Skype account that a monkey found, if you know who that was - good for you, I'm not saying. I saw that account and saw Paulus online. He was speaking to someone inn Holland. I do not know who and that's a private conversation none-the-less. Skype had a feature to see who was online and I'm not sure if that feature still exists, but if I know about it, so does the FBI and CIA.

Paulus' contacts are deep and wide and I, personally, do not expect his death to be the catalyst to solve Natalee's case. There are too many people still alive that do not want this all spilling out. It's nice to hope and maybe I'm wrong, but there are people that would be ruined for generations that will not let it all fly wide open unless there is a way to pin it all on Paulus.  If it's not nice and clean - it's not gonna happen. If there is a way to cook up a scheme (and Aruba is famous for this aspect) then I would be skeptical and they would try to get out from under the entire affair.

I have never considered Paulus to be stupid or foolish. Had he made many more mistakes, we would have caught him and to be honest - we DID catch him many times, but it didn't make a huge difference. Well, not enough of a difference to get him re-arrested. Unless there was a tape of him killing someone - he wasn't going to jail. He was a pretty crafty criminal. There is always the chance that he took the necessary precautions to ensure that his family would not be wrecked should he die prematurely. I would not be surprised at all should there be an envelope somewhere in a safe that details everyone's role in this abominable crime against Natalee, her family, those who loved and knew her and the United States of America.

Hi Monkeys!  Whew, I just caught up and was shocked that Vandersloot died at 57.  I'm sure the lies and secrets didn't help his heart any.  I hope Anita comes forward about what happened that night she was in Holland and he was?????!  The things he and Joran have put the family through will not go away until the truth comes out and there is justice for Natalee.  Karma.

That ruling is very good news and good for Dr. Phil.  For the Kalpoes, it's now put up or shut up time!

Thanks for getting all the documents for us.  It's really appreciated and was always very hard for me to do myself.  I think some of them have to be paid for, too.  At least they used to.

Anna - all of the docs from the LA courthouse have to be paid for.  I'm not going to say who's paying for them, but it's a member of SM (not me).  I am told to get them whenever there are any to get.  It's this persons way to contribute and I really appreciate their dedication.

I figure that Paulus had life insurance, don't you? IMO, he probably bought even more after Natalee's case.

I was thinking he'd have life insurance, too, CBB.  Also was wondering about the property & holdings in NL & Aruba. 

Depending on how much debt he has - the life insurance may cover his debt and leave Anita and Sebastian forced to move out.

That's what I was thinking.  So many years of attorney's fees to pay for his son.  Wayward son living the life of Riely in Thailand.  Another in college.  Debt could well be too high for that house to remain in her hands.

Break it down -

Premeditated - yeah that's right. THAT'S him on that casino video and everyone knows it. The truth about this will come out someday, but for the time being - just take my word for it. Paulus was charged with PREMEDITATED MURDER.

TWO CONTACTS WITH NATALEE - Aruban court came to that conclusion.

Picked Joran up near McDonalds - this is cover for getting Natalee out of their house of horrors.

Bank and ATM transactions - Wonder what Ruth has to say about all this?

Preferential treatment - drove himself to his arrest.

Lied to Beth's face - during Greta interview.

Violated prison rules - he's was an judge in training and knew the rules. Took contraband and a cell phone to his son IN JAIL.

Had the nerve to sue for compensation - this sack of crap was JUSTLY arrested - not detained.

Wiretapped - yeah, that's right - wiretapped talking to Van Der Straaten about the case and confirmed by Rudy Croes.

Fled to Florida - while arrests were taking place.

Hired lawyers for other defendants - that Kalpoe trash sat at his house and had their pool party pow-wow.

Called Anita in Holland - told her Joran was the last to be seen with Natalee. "Her man called her in the Nederlands". Started the ball rollin'.

Got his bag man -Steve Croes- involved - false alibi.

Destroyed case documents - stored in law office of Joran's attorney.

Hope that Paulus rots in hell for all of eternity and is anxiously awaiting the one way trip of the three raping murdering scumbags he enabled.

Somehow this makes me think that all the pouring of sweat and trembling of hands was not because of Paulus' concern for Joran BUT because of Paulus' concern for Paulus!!  He may very well be the one who did the most damage.

I suspect he thought we made up the unzipped pants but it was an actual photograph and not some of that photoshopped stuff he specialized in, along with obscene remarks about Beth.
