ORANJESTAD — The current manager of the Radisson casino, The Millennium Resource Group (TMRG) does not have to leave per February 14th. The personnel, 91 employees, can therefore continue their work. The judge recently decided that TMRG may continue to manage the casino until the appeal against the Radisson is concluded. After ten years, the hotel had terminated the contract with TMRG and started looking for a new manager. However, TMRG did not let things stand and had instituted legal proceedings, which they had actually lost. In November last year, the judge had decided that the manager must leave the casino on February 14th. However, in a recently held emergency case the court had judged differently. According to Rudy Geerman of trade union FTA, in any case the new judgment means that the casino could still operate under the current manager for another two to three months. A date for the appeal has not been announced yet.

Is this since Rob Smith left?.....I guess???

Kermit ... seriously.

I believe that once the defamation lawsuit has concluded and ... the Natalee Holloway case fades completely from media attention ... the Kalpoes' days on earth are numbered IF they do not come forward to the FBI with the WHOLE truth and seek asylum in the States.

Aruba and Holland cannot take a chance that the knowledge which Deepak and Satish possess pertaining to the events encompassing the morning when Natalee Holloway disappeared and ... those who participated in those events ... would be exposed at some future date.  Exposure could be motivated by greed or conscience.  Either way ... the "powers that be" behind the coverup that has prevented justice from prevailing for Natalee Holloway  know that the Aruban house of cards would collapse.

Janet

I agree. Their usefulness will  be over. And they may think they have more information that could expose judges etc. but information is only good if you are alive and well.

I hope the Kalpoes have it figured out.

Kermit ... considering your image was captured at the State of the Union Address the other day ... I assume you are in the know in regards to the legalities encompassing extradition agreements between countries.

1.  When the Deepak and Satish are on American soil ... could they ... in a plea deal that would allow them to remain in the States ... spill the beans to the FBI (polygraph) or under oath to a judge regarding what they know or ...

2.  Considering the crime took place in Aruba ... are the States required them both to that h---hole to face charges for their participation in the events encompassing the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and the ensuing coverup?

FBI could have evidence collected early on in the car that could be used to charge D&S with a crime if they came on US soil....
D&S and their Chicago based lawyers must be pretty scarrrred in deciding whether to appear in LA....my guess...they won't.....

I'm not Kermit.......unless she kissed me....
But...moo....
FBI could have evidence collected early on in the car that could be used to charge D&S with a crime if they came on US soil....
D&S and their Chicago based lawyers must be pretty scarrrred in deciding whether to appear in LA....my guess...they won't.....
I agree k2 days are numbered....the clock is ticking....they must know by now that they are in a lose - lose situation.....Dr Phil doesn't appear to be throwing in his hand......
Even if they go to Suriname the powers that be in Aruba ,i'm sure know some corrupt people there,,,,
burnt toast.....not pretty, but deserving in this case......
Coming clean in the US under protection is the only thing left....if they act quick and are smart enough to understand......
But...they probably aren't......
I don't think they have much of a choice. They've chosen their own path and willl live, and or die with the consequences....
