MP Yrausquin (AVP): "Maintain legal AVV"

February 3, 2010, 12:27 (GMT -04:00)

ORANGE CITY - Statenlid and chair of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, Juan David Yrausquin (ASF), believes that the legal AVV must be maintained. This is currently in legal proceedings, since the Central Bank to recommend abolition of the legal basis of the sixteen points of the FATF to meet.

Friday is the public wants Yrausquin State Assembly and then raise it. "We have several people speaking in the economic sector. GTS's are big business in different ways. Major Japanese banks use the bonds for example. If you want to remain a serious partner in the financial world, then you should not abolish this legal. It would be very negative impact on our country like this would happen. "The Statenlid continues his speech. "We want the structure around AVV's adapted so that it meets the standards of FATF. Automatically eliminate wrong would unpack. We want to remain a credible partner for international financial institutions. "

The Central Bank is preparing a final action plan to implement key elements of the FATF. "We believe that some things it can be adjusted. In addition, the government is making laws against financing terrorist organization. Then such accounts may be frozen. "We hope that these laws already on February 15 to the plenary session of FATF to be taken." Yrausquin, moreover, as the Finance Minister Mike de Meza (AVP), believes that the Central Bank, the Unusual Transactions Reporting Center and the OM have been negligent in the new requirements of the FATF on money laundering and terrorism laws. "It is not good. They have already indicated that they tackled hard by the auditors of FATF. That is no excuse for me. "

No Body...No Tourism aruba! Bring Natalee Home!

Just catching up and I really enjoy all the posts by all Monkeys...
This thread is alive with the hope that the Dr. Phil trial goes forward, and disposition of k2 in LA...
I have always thought, like many of you, that paulass was directly involved the night Natalee went missing, and I always felt she was at the sloot hellhole. For me, it came clear when the photo at the blackjack table with paulass next to Natalee and her obvious discomfort....
What I think will be very interesting as the deposition/trial date approaches......how long k2 survives....if k2 appears for deposition...if the lawsuit goes to trial.......the longer it goes towards a trial....the worst it would seem it gets for k2/paulass/ahata/aruba......when will the powers that be deem k2 a liability.....and disappear them.......

Just a thought......
It really isn't about k2...
it is about the ahata hired attorneys and Dr. Phil attorneys......whoever blinks first....
who is paying for k2 is the key......follow the money goes a long way in discovering the agenda of the lawsuit....

Tue Feb 2, 11:57 am ET
AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – The Internet potentially will lose one of its main sources of bestiality videos under a ban approved Tuesday by the upper house of the Dutch parliament.

The new law bans human sex with animals, including in private situations where the animals are not injured, and prohibits the production or distribution of animal pornography, a summary of the law posted on the upper chamber's website said.

Given the illicit nature of the product, precise figures on animal pornography video sales are difficult to find, but the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad, in a 2007 survey, found that distributors in the Netherlands were responsible for some 80 percent of bestiality videos worldwide.

The bill was introduced in April 2007 and passed the lower house in July 2008, but took time to make its way through the upper house to final approval. It was not immediately clear how soon the law would go into effect.

Sex with animals had been legal in the Netherlands, as long as it could be proven the animals were not injured.

That was wonderful news to wake up to!

From the hearing on Friday 1/29/10 only one document.  It is the Minutes of the hearing.  Looks like the Kalpoes have been ordered to give their depositions in the USA

What would happen if the Kalpoes died before they could be deposed?

That's a very valid question, Magnolia!  There are MANY who would have much to lose if they were questioned under oath.

Wow, didn't think about that.  Could mama Kalpoe continue with the suit?

Or, would it be the Kalpoe Estate  Monkey Devil!    Monkey Devil!

I think if Mama Kalpoe had a lick of sense she would let it drop.

Right but we all know that Deepak lies to Mama.

Deepak: Mama I'm dropping the case.

Mama: Oh good Deepak you listen to Mama.

Deepak: Yes Mama I always listen to you.  Now can you pack my bags I need to go to the U.S. and visit Disneyland in California.

Mama: Deepak what a good idea can Mama come.

Deepak: Mama I think you should stay home with Satish and help him graduate High School.  Besides they say Disneyland looks like a courthouse now.

Mama: Really why would they do that.

Deepak: I don't know Mama but they have this game called sue Dr. Phil and I think I can win.

Mama:  Deepak, Mama don't like that game.

Deepak: Don't worry Mama I heard the people in the U.S. are nice.  Especially the ones who look like a Monkey behind bars and Kermit the Frog.

And Paramount is not blinking!  They made that very clear when this suit was first filed.

You can bet your bippy they've done what they promised to do - everything within their power to uncover who was funding this suit on 2K's behalf.

Watch 2k run now.  Watch Paramount, CBS, Dr Phil et al be awarded legal fees.  Watch AHATA be named by Paramount - with proof - as the money machine behind this suit.

I think the Kalpoes should be seriously worried...and watching their backs.  It doesn't look good for them.

Yup!!

Just like kerm said the other day - best thing for the Kalpoes to do, contact our FBI.  Ask for protection and escorted travel to the US!!!!!  In exchange for testimony, of course.

I truly see that as their only way out at this point.

****Remember Deepak - FBI found the blood in your car on the 9th of June.

Kermit ... seriously.

I believe that once the defamation lawsuit has concluded and ... the Natalee Holloway case fades completely from media attention ... the Kalpoes' days on earth are numbered IF they do not come forward to the FBI with the WHOLE truth and seek asylum in the States.

Aruba and Holland cannot take a chance that the knowledge which Deepak and Satish possess pertaining to the events encompassing the morning when Natalee Holloway disappeared and ... those who participated in those events ... would be exposed at some future date.  Exposure could be motivated by greed or conscience.  Either way ... the "powers that be" behind the coverup that has prevented justice from prevailing for Natalee Holloway  know that the Aruban house of cards would collapse if the Kalpoes talk.

Janet

I agree. Their usefulness will  be over. And they may think they have more information that could expose judges etc. but information is only good if you are alive and well.

Exactly!!

Kermit ... hopefully the Kalpoes have this figured out.  If the Aruban "powers that be" do not stand in the way ... maybe Deepak and Satish will catch a flight ... leave Aruban soil for the last time and ... hightail it to the States in time for the disposition.

When the alternative is considered ... placing themselves at the mercy of the American Justice System ... in exchange for asylum/witness protection ... would appear to be in their best interest.

Good Morning All.

Considering the Aruban Prime Minister claimed the presence of blood in Deepak's vehicle ... logic dictates that the sample sent to the FBI lab at Quantico was not the swatch cut from Deepak's vehicle.  Only Aruba can turn blood into chocolate.

THE BLOOD?

Nancy Grace - October 14, 2005

NANCE GRACE, HOST:  I want to talk to you about the prime minister`s statement, the Aruban prime minister, who went public and stated there was blood found in the car.  Remember?

BETH TWITTY, NATALEE HOLLOWAY'S MOTHER: ... On June 11, he states on international media in front of me -- I had no idea what he was about to disclose -- that there was blood in the Kalpoes` vehicle, there was DNA, there was blood. Where is that? Even (INAUDIBLE) went so far to cut interior portions from the car -- the back seat, the ceiling. You know, what happened with that?

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0510/04/ng.01.html

FOX NEWS  - June 16, 2005

An FBI spokeswoman confirmed to FOX News that Aruban officials have not requested more evidence processing at the bureau's lab in Quantico, Va. The FBI had been asked to process what was believed to be blood found in a car belonging to one of the suspects, but after testing, it was determined not to be blood.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,159730,00.html

Nance Grace - October 4, 2005

JUG TWITTY, NATALEE HOLLOWAY'S STEPFATHER:  Had they gone to the -- and impounded that car that day -- the FBI told us there was blood all in the car.  The prosecutor said the FBI said there was blood in the car. But for some reason or another, when they sent it off, they say now it`s all cleaning fluid. Well, who knows. I know they had nine days to clean the car.

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0510/04/ng.01.html

Dana Pretzer Show - July 3, 2005

Art Wood:
As far as other searches where evidence was found, we were lead to believe that blood was found in the Kalpoe car. The police stated on world television that blood was found and was send to Holland. When the report came back it was stated that it was cleaning fluid and chocolate. I don't know of any test, any initial test whether Luminol or other chemical which would show a positive for cleaning...it's elementary police work, you know from crime scene searches. There are very few substances that show up as blood that isn't.
