02/03/10 — Tim Miller’s wife, Georgeann, has been diagnosed with the dreadful illness bone cancer. She and Tim are now making preparations for her much-needed treatments at one of the finest facilities in the world. Tim and Georgeann will let us all know when they decide they are ready to accept visitors or calls. Tim is devastated, and he is not really able to give his concentrated efforts to Texas EquuSearch at this time. We have counted on Tim to make many of our search decisions for years, but naturally, right now, all of his thoughts and concerns are about Georgeann. Tim will be contacting some of our various members and other TES associates from time-to-time, but he does not wish to receive any calls whatsoever at this point. He has been the Founder and Director of this organization for more than ten years … and he still rightfully remains so. He has specifically requested that no persons attempt to contact him by phone – or by any other means. Everyone will know when Tim feels he is ready to return to work. Let’s all please respect and honor his wishes, and let others know likewise. Any updates will be issued through this office. Tim has prayed for hundreds if not thousands of people during their time of need over the years. Now it’s time for all of us to pray for Tim and Georgeanne in their time of need. If you wish to leave you thoughts, prayers and well wishes, please leave a comment on this post. We will make sure Tim and Georgeann get them all. Thank you so much.

Now I could be wrong....

but I thought the Kalpoes have to get those Visas and come to Chicago to
give depositions before the trial in Los Angles can begin.  Is that the way it
is?

It would seem that they could come to give the deposition on just a visitior's
visa, which is not that hared to obtain.

Magnolia, I don't really know if they have to give a deposition in Chicago before the trial, but agree that a visitor's visa probably would be what they would need to come here.  You are probaby right...I just don't remember everything.

It just doesn't make sense that the second time they filed, with help from the embassy or an immigration consultant that the applications were still incomplete and were denied.  As others have stated, it seems it's deliberate on their part or at the advise of their attorneys.  As the document said, they could have appealed the denials and sought to have everything cleared if they had good intentions of answering the request of the court.

The kalpoes are the PLAINTIFFS -- if they can't come to the US to be deposed -- they CAN'T bring suit here. It is really pretty simple.

I know that if the law firm in Chicago wants the Kalpoes to come to Chicago to
be deposed, they can call in a Senator or Representative to fast track the visa
through the red tape.  It can be done in two days.

You are correct. I have had my passport fast-tracked before for me.

I did too when I had the opportunity to go to Holland with my son's MIL a year ago last summer.  The application was in the process for a couple of months when I began to panic as the departure date was fast approaching.  Considering Canadians now require a passport to enter the States ... I will not be letting mine lapse again.

VIDEO - JAMIE SKEETERS/DEEPAK KALPOE INTERVIEW

While this must be regarded as unsubstantiated information, it appears to be the real thing, uncut and unedited. What was broadcast on the Dr. Phil show was edited and manipulated, to give a distorted view of what Deepak had to say. You will be amazed at the differences. However, we must say that we have not had the version we are hosting tested. We think that it is real. We received the complete interview as a compressed ".rar" file from directly from the Aruban Police. However, it would be good to have an independent professional, forensic, audiology laboratory check the recording to see if this version has been altered. We have not had such a test conducted, but would welcome just such an evaluation. That ".rar" file will be provided to any credible laboratory wishing to do such a test.

Could it be a time zone issue?  It appears the blood samples taken from Dave and Beth occurred one day following a generated report from the FBI lab.

Why was Natalee's family and the media led to believe by the FBI lab that blood was not detected on the swatch sent to them?

Could the term "blood sample comparison" have more than one interpretation?

Just wondering.

Not in my world.  A comparison is done between to like samples.  And it does state sampleS, plural.  Meaning the FBI had two or more samples of blood.

It is highly unlikely that a forensic specialist with the FBI would state something as being blood in an official lab report, if it was not in fact blood.

You can compare blood and blood
You can compare chocolate and chocolate
You can compare cleaning fluid and cleaning fluid

You cannot compare blood with anything other than blood in order to do an analysis of said blood.

I think there is a misinterperetation of what is being said about what was stated by whom.

FBI never said blood turned into chocolate/cleaning fluid.  That is presumed due to the way the statement was made.

Check the NFI reports also. 

I liken this to the same thing Arlene Schippers did with her misrepresentation of "She did." and what the NFI allegedly stated as being "She didn't."  In that instance however, we know the only thing the NFI stated was that IMAGES had been altered.  Not audio.

Unfortunately something similar has yet to surface in the issue of blood from Deepak's car to make this clarification again.

When I consider the words of Beth, Jug and Art in my above quotes in regards to the negative outcome of the the FBI anaylsis and ... when I consider the June 10, 2005 date when blood was taken from Beth and Dave ... could the NFI and FBI reports have been created on June 9, 2005 ... anticipating a blood comparison upon the receipt of the blood samples of Natalee's parents.

I believe with all my heart that blood was found inside of Deepak's vehicle but ... as part of the coverup agenda ... something else was sent to both the NFI and the FBI for analysis.

Just speculating based on the words of Beth, Jug and Art.

I am so grateful to Beth Holloway.  The words of this amazing woman from day one has taught me so much about staying the course and following through ... about doing right ... not because it feels good but ... because it is right.  Beth has demonstrated to me the definition of putting one's faith into action throughout the trials in life.

I fall short in my Christian testimony time and time again and ...  my trials do not compare to the almost five years of H--- on Earth that Beth has experienced.  However ... I will keep striving.

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: Until we went back to Aruba -- and I should tell the viewers that it was our idea to back to Aruba, it wasn't your idea. But until we got you to go back to Aruba over the weekend, how long had it been since you'd been there?

BETH HOLLOWAY, NATALEE HOLLOWAY'S MOTHER: The last time I had been on the island was -- I guess it was November, the 1st of November of 2006. So it had been a while since I'd been there .....

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you think that writing a book will make the writer sometimes feel better to send (INAUDIBLE) a message.

HOLLOWAY: There're several messages in my book. And one message that I want to get across is I wanted to tell them one true story, I wanted to tell them what really happened. I want to share with readers (INAUDIBLE)

And thirdly, I want to give parents the benefit of what I have learned.

VAN SUSTEREN: (INAUDIBLE) A lot of people are curious--when something horrible happens to people, (INAUDIBLE) you don't lose your faith.

HOLLOWAY: No, I didn't. And it is easy to have faith when things are going well. The true test is when everything is going wrong.

VAN SUSTEREN: And never any doubts in your faith over this horrible journey?

HOLLOWAY: No, absolutely not. If anything, it deepened.

It is different for each person, and in my case my faith went deeper. I am really grateful about that.

VAN SUSTEREN: It is interesting. There is one portion where you talk about going to church one day when you were here--very personal.

HOLLOWAY: Yes. This was (INAUDIBLE) where there were 11 (INAUDIBLE), and that was very powerful. And things that I experienced during that sermon were never experienced before in my life. And when one of the ministers was delivering the sermon, it was as if he had know Natalee all of her life.

And it was very personal, and I think at that time, at that very moment (INAUDIBLE), and we are all mothers, we're all fathers, we all feel pain and hurt in the same way when it comes to the loss of a loved one.

VAN SUSTEREN: It is only a coincidence, but, over there, that hotel, that is the Holiday Inn. We did not plan when we decided to pull over and talk here. That is the Holiday Inn hotel where Natalee stayed.

Her room was on the first floor in the section facing us?

HOLLOWAY: Right. It was on the bottom floor. It was 7114, I think.

VAN SUSTEREN: We have talked so much, and you have never been emotional. You have been stoic about the whole thing. How do you do that?

I imagine some of these topics pushes your buttons--not deliberately, but here we are overlooking the hotel room where your daughter spent the last night. We're back in Aruba. (INAUDIBLE) We talked about personal things. How are you so stoic.

HOLLOWAY: (INAUDIBLE) To give an explanation of it is the first time you are healing. And I have had a lot of time to move through this process.

There are quiet times when I am alone that things are really difficult, but mainly I Feel the messages is be strong enough to stand on my own, and I want share the painful lessons (INAUDIBLE), and I want to share with other people how you can get through it, how you can get through your crisis.

And now I feel really good about where I am, I feel really good about what I am doing, and I think I have an important message in the book, and I don't want (INAUDIBLE).

VAN SUSTEREN: It's funny, but I hate looking over there.

HOLLOWAY: It is a conscious decision to note everyday not to be bitter. I can't wake up every morning and not make a conscious decision to not be bitter. I want to be positive, I want good things to come of this, Greta.  I can bear the pain of losing Natalee if I can save another life.

Now called piano bar so don't look for Crescendo. Not sure it's as great. Be ware. ..  Bathroom is .2 miles from bar so don't trust it for a bathroom joint in emergencies.
