Do we have any idea what good ole Bon Dia meant when she said everyone except Yippee got a copy of Skeeters' tape? Do we know who Yippee is/was?

well, I have a few cutting boards to finish up, presents to wrap and then have to drive to the other side of town.  Get to do it all over again on Sunday, and and Monday.  Y'all have a good Christmas, i'll see ya when its finally all DONE !!!

That's great, Klaas!

She also said it in SM forum because I got mixed up between CD and DVD and Someone made a big deal out of it.  Said that the newspaper offered to or were downloading it to a disc (meaning CD or DVD) for ALE.  Then I don't recall if she said they actually did this but they did offer ALE to do so.

Reason it could become important a little bit now is establishing when ALE had or could have had access to the tape, etc.

Time frame.  Before or after it was aired.  That kind of thing.

I do know Skeeters got off the island with it fast as he could but then he did offer it to just about anybody who wanted it later.So I assume Bon Dia posting here meant they would download from the internet?  Was not sure about that either.

I don't know who Yippee is or was but don't think that part matters as long as ALE had access to the tape.  

AND. . . . it would appear that Deepak did as well.

My, my, my, it took that boy a VERY long time to decide he had been altered and tampered and manipulated!

If you read the Kalpoe lawsuit, items 13 and 14. The boys were "targeted " . All they have to do is insert the case facts. They were not targeted for no particular reason as that would lead a person to believe if they knew nothing.
..
Also , how would Kock or the Kalpoes know if the investigation was looking in another direction other than those three. Yes, they were released from detention, but never from suspicion.
How can they make that assumption ? And expect to just let it stand ?  
Going to have a hard time giving any substance to those items.

I thought Larry Garrison just made that up about Julia writing a book, at least that's what she said at the time.   Wink

Deepak and Skeeters were not speaking in Dutch and I would think a large portion of that file is not in Dutch at all.

O/T

Be very wary of UPS. The driver told us last night that my missing laptop was sitting on a shelf at their office. The driver called again this morning to confirm that it was there and find out if we wanted him to deliver it or if we wanted to pick it up. Hubby said he'd pick it up. He went to the UPS office and the man at the counter told him again that we had no laptop there. The driver who had found it had to come in and get it off the shelf and give it to hubby. No one else at the office could find it sitting on their own shelf.  Rolling Eyes
