I heard about this story on Fox, but did not find specifics on the web.

What kind of history will be taught?  Labor unions did a lot of good.

Where are the union jobs?

Wisconsin, and Milwaukee is full of real life examples of jobs moving out of state, and out of the country.

From reading over the years, at some point, companies just seem to agree to whatever the union wants, and then they relocate.

Milwaukee used to be filled with good companies doing business, making things, and employing a lot of people.

Where did the good companies go?  Where did the good jobs go?

Where did all the good jobs at Briggs and Stratton go? iirc, they were good union jobs.

Will there be realism in this new educational requirment?

As labor costs (wages and benefits) rise, the number of jobs decline?

How many of those jobs moved offshore to other union and non-union workers?

How do those former union workers support their families?  Only so many good  government union jobs to go around...

The Milwaukee Journal used to have a robust jobs section.  Pages and pages of manufacturing and skilled trades opportunities.  Today, there are just a few jobs...

Milwaukee used to have an excellent school system.  Milwaukee used to have an excellent park system, wonderful roads.

As manufacturing declined, it seems to have taken away the life blood of the city.

Where are the union workers?  They don't seem to have moved their jobs elsewhere in the state...

At one time, unions seem to have been an asset to workers.  Today, the jobs seem to be gone forever in the US.  Unions seem to follow the jobs and organize he NEW workers.  Nothing for those left behind.

Extinct.

It doesn't do any good to hate anyone,
they'll end up in your family anyway...
