Casey Anthony will be back in court today where we could learn the date of her murder trial and find out if she'll take a plea deal in the check fraud case.  Click here for a summary of today's docket.  The hearing begins at 1:30 pm.  Follow below for live updates throughout the hearing.

Anthony says meter reader should be suspect

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for the Florida mother charged with killing her toddler daughter want to interview the ex-wife of the meter reader who found the little girl's body.

Attorneys for Casey Anthony are asking a judge Monday to let them depose the wife of Roy Kronk. He found the body of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony in woods near her home in December 2008.

Casey Anthony's attorneys say Kronk's ex-wife is offering testimony that supports the contention that Kronk should be a suspect. Detectives have said repeatedly that Kronk is not a suspect and that the evidence points to Casey Anthony.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and says a baby sitter kidnapped Caylee

OT, but hey we are killing time this am....
Many years ago, I had a dead beat roomate who left me holding the bag moneywise. In desperation I cashed her IRS refund to pay her portion of bills to keep a roof over my head. Big noonooo, I know. When she reapeared, I told her what I had done and repaid the funds, (thank god I had a witness).  A year later, the FBI showed up at my house to investigate. Roomate claimed I stole and cashed her refund.   I had to go to the city and have a lie detector test.  It ended up being resolved, she got jail time. I now have a record, and fingerprints with the FBI. As a souvenir, I still have Polaroids of me and my child that the FBI took of us that 1st day.

ddex  wow, that's nuts!            you might want to watch your back now that you told us your story. By the same logic that they are now accusing Kronk of Caylees murder, they may decide that you are just as likely to have swiped Amy's money and forced kc to spend it!  just sayin'

Well, Even tho I have been in Az for the last 20 years, I'm scared to death because I have been known to use duct tape in the past.  So if they can't nail Kronk, does that mean they will come after me???

Can anyone tell me what time this circus kicks off tomorrow and where is the best place to observe?  Probably right here, as I recall getting direct feeds thru this website on some of the other hearings.  Just wondering if any of the networks (HLN??) might be there also.  TIA for the information.  Should be an interesting show.
