Tevye - One of my sons loves golfing but always asks for balls that are strange coloured so he can find them easily on the course.  During my shopping this year I found neon yellow balls with Sponge Bob on them.  He loved them!  Best present of the year for him.

I will go check in a bit.  I have the neighbours coming over today for our leftover buffet.  Then we will all play a game of Apples to Apples.  I am making some fresh buns and an apple pie to go with whatever leftovers they bring.

Son said the only problem may be that they use yellow balls on the driving range and if a marshall comes through he make stop and ask what kind of ball he is hitting.  Son said he is gonna say "Sponge Bob of course!"

YES I had a Fabulous Christmas !! Thank You All for Asking.
I spent it with my Beautiful Incredible Daughter, my Mom - and We had So Much Fun. 

She picked out and gave me the most beautiful necklace and bracelet .. and she picked out a most beautiful Sweater .. in my flavorite color. She went to Chico's ..
We had a awesome time - 
I bought a ton of Glam beauty products for my D and M, Nail polish, creams, lotions etc - so we all sat around and painted our nails after we rubbed on body sugars, salts and body butters ...... It was def a girly Christmas.

Our snow is almost gone, we had quite a bit of rain and mild temperatures lately. We do have big mounds of it where it was plowed though.

It's kind of nice to see the ground again, although it is spongy and wet.

Glad to see JSM made it safe to Colorado last night!

Hope she is having a good time ice skating on a pond!

Gonna run out to the grocery, catch you all in a bit.

Woman's Christmas gift is special cat lost 12 years ago

Last week Gayl O'Donnell got a phone call that left her absolutely speechless.

On the other end was someone from her vet's office with sensational news.

O'Donnell, who lives in Lake Wylie, S.C., couldn't believe what she was hearing.

Missing since the late 1990s, her orange tabby had shown up in the Asheville shelter, some 2 1/2 hours away from his original home.

Gayl tried to process what she was hearing. “Oh, my goodness,” she said. “I lost this cat 12 years ago.”

“Isn't that amazing?” said Brandi Hand, director of communications for the Asheville Humane Society. “We scanned the cat, and it had a microchip. We knew someone else must have owned it, because it was declawed.”

In the Mitten we were so Lucky - We had 37 degrees and rain on Christmas Day..

We have "Yet" to be dumped on with the four letter word  - S N O W ... knock on my nugget.

I was thinking as I watched the Weather of all the Monkeys who live or were traveling  with all the Huge dumpings of SNOW in the nation.  I know my day is coming. Arrgh. Back to the bitter cold and  soon enough.  For now I am clear of it. Whew. Last year we still had tons of snow in April........ gah.
