Good Morning Monkeys!

Hope everyone has had some relaxation over the weekend. I know everyone was exhausted.

JSM, I just love to read your post. I sit here and just laugh. You make me feel like I am right there with you. I agree with you about a rental swimsuit...no way, no how. But I bet the hot springs would really help your knees. I would sure try them if I had the chance.
I need to get a few things done, so will be in and out today. Hope everyone has a great day.

  Hi Darla. We went to see if they sold swimsuits and they were $70, then they told us the rent them for $5, and explained how they washed them in bleach. I don't care if they washed them in boiling acid, I am not getting in a swimsuit that someone else has worn. 

I bet the springs would make my knees feel better, but they aren't bothering much in the cold, my toe I broke is the only joint that seems to be bothering me.

How long are you guys staying? I want to visit out in Colorado one of these days. But not when it is covered in snow. I am thinking like summer time. My bones hurt so bad in the cold I could not handle it. Hope you have fun whatever you try out there on the slopes.

Supposedly for a week, but my brother was talking about leaving early and I was going to go home with them, but now they are making all kinds of plans for the rest of the week, so we may not be leaving until the 1st. My parents come here during the summer and fall and love it here. They go to the dump to take pictures of the bears

I usually leave mine up til New Years! I can enjoy looking at it now that the rush and frenzy are over.

And from Minnesota/Wisconsin too.  When is her birthday and what are you planning?

It's today, she is at work, and we will be putting her new tv up for her. And when she gets home she will see it and then go out to eat and a movie with her best girlfriend. We already took her out to eat on Saturday. So there will be more commotion here putting the tv up and calling the cable company I'm sure 

When the men hook things up it turns into a long drawn out ordeal.

Thanks, you too, hope your brother and girlfriend enjoy the hotair balloon ride. That was a big deal when I lived in New Mexico, but no way would I have gone up in one.

There is not enough xanax in the world for me to pay $125 to go up in one of those, just to have a heart attack.

Me either I can't handle height I get weak in the knees and feel like I am going to pass out.

Mission,I did the Parasailing thing on dare a few years ago.The guys told me they should have let me go for free.....my hysteria was very entertaining.

My husband gets nuts when my daughter and I talk about celebrities  I love reading all the dirt on celebrities and so does my daughter, we can bring up a name, and my husband doesn't have a clue.

Neither does mine he can only relate to Fox News

Nothing goes smoothly here, and then when that is done, I have been wanting a dvr from the cable company, and he thinks he is going to hook that up  So I'm figuring his whole day will be on the phone with the cable company, and having me stand there trying to decipher what the person on the phone is saying.

I love Christmas,but there are some things kinda out of sorts with some of the family and I figured it would be a good stress reliever.     I am paying for it today.I see a trip to the Hawt doctor in my near future.   

Trimm I am sorry to hear you have some things going on in the family - I hope all will be ok and hope you won't need to visit the doc but him being hawt maybe just the cure you need.

I agree, I'm terrified of heights, if I'm anywhere by heights I've been known to fall to my knees, for some reason I feel safer that way.

I am afraid of heights too, that is why I ski bunny slopes because I can't stand the high ski lifts.

I wouldn't even be able to go on the Bunny Slopes. I'm not an outdoor person, walking Zoe is about the only outdoor activity I do, except work in the yard.

Okay monkeys, I have to get ready. My brother's girlfriend is reminding me of Julie on the Love Boat.

She just called and told me to be ready to go skate at 11:15 to go skate, we are snowmobiling tomorrow after they do the hot air baloon, then skiing on Wednesday, then riding some old train to Durango on Thursday and other things I can't even remember.

Have a great day. One thing about this trip is I am truly enjoying having cable. Guess I will call AT&T and get cable when I get home. 

I hope to have pics posted this afternoon.

Mine isn't, I had only ever had one good looking doctor, and what happened during an exam, a female exam  still gives me nightmares. I always wondered if he told friends about that incident

I'm not an outdoor person either No Rose, walking Josef around the apartments is about the only thing I like to do. Sometimes if he is lucky I will walk him in the park.
