WTH at least they got him before he got on a plane. And all this talk about those scans, He!! I wouldn't want my body scanned at the airport  but if that is what it is going to take, then scan away.

I agree.It could be entertaining.   

When they scan, is it where they see you naked like Xray vision glasses, or is it they see you without your clothes, but more or less looking for devices instead of seeing everything as plain as day? I don't know how to word it exactly 

I do believe they see everything - they were talking about it on Fox the other day and they said they would be able to see things like breast implants.  I am sure the screener's would love to see this system go through

OH, today's Cancer Commercial:

We were talking about how long your hair has to be to donate it for wigs. Pantene has a program (they made my wig) and the hair only has to be 8" long. Locks for love is 12 inches.

Enough of the cancer crap for today. I told my bad sis about the wig, told her I feel normal again, I feel great! Well, yeah, I still have this stupid cancer, but at least I have GREAT HAIR!!!!
(don't worry, I did not invite her to JSM's TP party....she's been to TX and she'd just wanna go to S Padre Island and drink...and I'd like to just camp on the beach at Aransas Pass...and then there'd be booze and then there'd be trouble....!)

Well, since we'll be in Texas, and riding (and not in an equestrian center, out on the range,) we'll need certain items. YOu know, like if a rattlesnake should show up. Booze and these certain things (and lots of beer cans) can be the ultimate fun!!!! Mine's pearl handles, and I have an Annie Oakley, too. Might have to ship those.....

From left to right we have NoRosecoloredGlasses, JSM, and Tevye. Tevye doesn't do lairiats, and you can't see the scabbard on the side of my saddle, but my hair is in braids...it's the only way to ride without having my hair all over my face, and looks hot with just the right Stetson. Hmmm....red boots means NO red hat (I refuse to be confused with those old ladies!), so I'm thinking a pink Stetson. I do have contacts in the equestian world (la-te-da Arabians, I prefer quarter horses) but maybe I'll beg an old hat off them!

Wow, planning a trip to Alaska and dealing with Canadian immigrations (which I finally got a good answer to today!) and now a trip to TX...I'm like so too totally busy to be sick! But I am gonna have to check out this afternoon, the Neulasta is kickin' my asta today!

(OH, and in case I haven't mentioned it to you Monkeys lately, I love you for letting me indulge, whine, dream, and just be a smartass in general. Thanks for playing along, when I head the Supreme Court, I will let you all present cases in front of me. First order will be deportation for Bambi and Jessica!)

Fox News is breaking the following story:

A section of Times Square is being cordoned off and their bomb squad has been called in to investigate a suspicious 1992 Dodge Van, which has been parked on the street for at least 2 days. The windows are tinted and there is an interior tarp covering them as well. Other vehicles are being cleared from the vicinity.

The Fox reporterette is pointing out that the police are being abundantly cautious due to tomorrow being New Year's Eve, with thousands of people gathering in Times Square.

I might need a letter from you saying you need my cleaning services for 2.5 days in Canada, for which I will charge you nothing. I'll leave the trash with someone's husband on the way home!

Darla, I see you up there. What kind of trouble are you planning for today? Need any help? What cabinet position do you want when JSM is President?

I don't have a gun, and if I did, and it is anything like once when I used a bow and arrow at a bale of hay with a target on it, we are in some big trouble, especially if I have some Tequila in me

Well, it sounds like at least your arrow hit the bale of hay. One of mine went over the 6' fence and flew in front of a car passing our house. After that, Dad changed the shooting range so my "overages" would go into the desert, not the street! (We lived in Arizona at the time, I was 10)

I hope JSM knows we're gonna have to have this party out of town! Well, except for the TP party at Tony's house!

Good morning Green Eyes.  No we never found the arrow, have no idea where that arrow went, but I was not allowed to pick up the bow and arrow ever again. Maybe my arrow, went somewhere like where your arrow went

They have a heel, but I didn't want to bring up I'm horribly allergic to horses, so I will be covered in hives, but I have a good medicine to get rid of them

Tevye I haven't been ignoring you, have been trying to post for the last hour and a half. Every time I hit post my azz gets thrown out in the street and takes forever to get back in and lose all my post.

As far as trouble goes that has to wait a little while til I run do some daughter duties for my Mom again. Then I think I am going to stop by the ABC store and get me a big bottle of good Kentucky bourbon.

Rose, we're gonna "borrow" Jessica Simpson's boots, remember? Right after we TP her with plaster of paris. We'll get you a 13 yr old mare to ride, and I have good allergy medicine too (we call it 'Ol #7, made by some dude named Seagram....works well for snake bites as well!). And is it Darla that's good with the sling shot? That will come in handy, too!

If all else fails, we'll get drunk, go to a grocery store when they have penny-pony rides, and have a high old foolish time!
