BBL. Gonna go buy some duraflame logs. It is getting cold and I want to build a fire tonight.

Breaking News.......men are idiots.You know I have my kitchen turned upside down.Finally got all the wallpaper scraped off the walls and getting ready do do some more priming.
Meanwhile hubby volunteers to keep the 2 youngest Grandsons.     I told hubby he is on his own right now with all this mess I have going on. 
In the middle of all this going on the turkeys came back and were looking in the den window and Digger freaked out.   
Taco chased them out of the yard.   
I think I am gonna have to make a pot of coffee.It is gonna be a long evening.   
See you monkeys in a little while.

Hi Trimm!  You just might be the busiest Monkey ever!  I'm going to make some coffee and say a prayer that you get your kitchen done really fast.    Digger looks so cute.........and speaking of cute...

  Trimm, ITA men are idiots, but JSM is a bigger idiot than most men.

Joe and I went for our drive, I bought fire logs and Josef a bone. We got back and I parked by the creek. I thought since Joe was acting strange I wanted to see if he would chase me so I ran and he was barely chasing. Then he saw a bag and we ran after it, he did his business and we walked back to the car. My keys weren't in my pocket, so we walked all over where we ran, up and down the creek, the basketball court, everywhere. Couldn't find them. So I see the people across that are moving and I asked if they had a wire hanger. Broke into my car and there were no keys in there. I had called a friend that was on her way to help me break in, told her the keys weren't in the car. She was just about here and I walked up the hill and BOOM my keys were lying in the grass in a place I swear we didn't even walk.

So, moral to the story, God answers prayers  and I will not put my keys in my jacket pocket anymore.

Hi Numbers, Brandi did a great job on Josef and No Rose's Zoe is adorable in her Minnie Pearl hat. I love Digger waiting on his Valentine in the window.

Tevye, my daughter and her husband live rather close to a big cemetery, it is primarily Mexican and a lot buried there are young. For Christmas they decorate the trees with ornaments, have decorated trees by the headstones and they celebrate Christmas and holidays with their loved ones that are buried there. On the weekends during the year there are blankets laid out and they have picnics with their loved ones. I have never seen anything like that in my life, at first I didn't know what to think, but now I think it is wonderful that they can celebrate like that at the cemetery. 

No Rose, they do the same thing here. I remember when that singer Selena was killed, people were camped out at her grave having picnics and stuff, they had to close the cemetery.

I was moving my Grandfather clock around to get it out of the way and I found a letter that my son had written to my Granddaughter and myself back in 2003,while he was living in another part of the state.I had stuck it up there and forgot about it.I sat down in the floor,wallpaper bits scattered all around me and cried as I read it.There were 2 pictures that he had drawn and I just lost it.Having a pity party in the kitchen floor. I must have look like a crazy woman.
Then I come here and look at all the pretty avis and it does a monkey good.    I feel much better now.   
I'll see you all in the morning.Gotta get some more work done.

Trimm, that doesn't sound like a pity party.... sounds more like precious memories revisited.

I am glad too Brandi  , it is the only set of keys I have for my car. Luckily it wasn't as cold earlier as it is now. I walked over and over where Josef and I ran, but never did find them. I swear it was divine intervention, because there was no reason for me to walk up that part of the hill.

Thanks No Rose. I just wanted to see if Josef could run because he has been acting like he can't walk and having a hard time to get up. I guess I should have zipped up my pocket, never thought they would fall out of my jacket pocket.
