Good Evening Monkeys !

I got my new memory into my computer all by myself. I am so proud of me. Just cleaning the dust out of the motherboard probably did wonders.

I was just listening to Charlotte news, a POS raped a little girl a couple of days ago. He was found shot to death in his home. The little girl's Dad is in jail. I hope he does not have to serve time . This should be a classic case of temporary insanity or a crime of passion . At least the POS ( who was an RSO ) won't be hurting anymore children.

  I hope he gets an insanity plea. If I were on the jury, Dad would be let off. Why was the RSO out on the streets after the rape of the little girl?

JSM, I think it all happened over the New Year holiday . The news said that the police were in the process of getting an arrest warrant for the RSO. I think they are the ones who found him dead in the house. Not sure. I will go to the website and see if they have it up on there.

CONCORD, N.C. -- A man charged with raping a child was killed and officers said they believe it was the little girl’s father who did it.

Cabarrus County Sheriff’s deputies found William Ballance shot to death Friday morning at the Oakland Glen mobile home park on Heidelburg Drive.

Just the day before, deputies issued warrants for Ballance’s arrest on charges of rape and indecent liberties with a child.

Ballance was already a registered sex offender.

Eyewitness News isn’t releasing the shooter’s name in order to protect the child’s identity, but he was lodged in the Cabarrus County Jail Saturday night.

JSM, I would talk to the vet about Josef having arthritis. We didn't know that Zoe had it, and not only was she having trouble jumping on the couch to sleep, she was getting very crabby and snapping at us. Once we started giving her the prescription and the over the counter pills, she was more herself, and has no trouble jumping on the couch or bed now.

Thanks Darla for the update. Makes no sense why the Dad got there before the police. I pray for the Daddy of the little girl and the girl. As for Ballance, I pray for him, but hope he is rotting in H*ll.

I wonder what they will do with the father? Can't say I blame him, he must have snapped over what that monster did to his child

 He just isn't Josef. I don't know how to describe it, but he has a hard time getting up and won't sit down. His vet thinks I am crazy because he acts normal when he is at the vet's office, but once Joe gets home, something seems wrong. I called today about what they call an adult wellness check. The girl told me, to let the vet see him and if he needs xrays, it is cheaper with the doctor visit and x-rays than it is for the whole wellness check.

No Rose are you feeling any better with your sinus problem?

My husband gave me a pain pill, I took half of it, I was able to rest for two hours this afternoon without my head hurting so bad, it was nice. Thank-you. I will see tomorrow and then call the doctor, it is so hard to get into see him and the wait is horrible, that is why we are switching doctors, the one my older daughter and her husband go to.

They are like little kids, when we take a walk and I pet another dog, Zoe gets so jealous and growls at the dog, even though she likes the other dog. There are only two dogs that I can pet and she doesn't care

Sometimes I hate this laptop.

Thanks Darla, he wasn't like this before I left and it has me worried. He didn't want to go down the stairs tonight. He acts like it hurts to get his butt up off the floor. He did try to kill the Lab that was off the leash while we were outside. So that makes me feel better, he is back to being evil.

I also noticed that if I touch him on his right side, he flinches. He doesn't do it on his left side. His vet will be there tomorrow, so hopefully he will look at Joe after he does surgery.

Not when I touch him, but when goes to pee, it does shake, I thought it was because he had been holding it for so long

JSM, Hopefully the vet will check him. This cold weather makes all of our bones hurt. I know it is cold there where you are too. I just talked to my friend in Jacksonville,Tx and said they were freezing. And my cousin said on facebook that it was cold in Wichita Falls.

No Rose glad you got some rest. Hope you feel better by tomorrow. I hate to go to the Dr. Guess I have to spend so much time seeing Drs., When I get a break I just hate to go.

Trimm good luck on your Kitchen redo. I know how hard the wallpaper is to get off. My landlord remodeld my house last yr and it was four months of pure hell. Don't wish that on anyone. But boy I am Thankful this winter with the new heating and air system. It has been so cold here. Down to 14 last night and the teens all week. Highs around 32 all week. We just aren't use to this kind of cold.
