I just got a phone call from my friend from Fox News in San Antonio and she put a girl on the phone that babysat Gabriel in the hotel....I about cried! That little angel, she said all he did was cry! Why would this person in San Antonio put this girl on the phone with Tammi Smith?  She has no right to that child.  If anyone should get info on the child it would be Gabriel's father.  Tammi is FOS

Gotta love this! 

I really like this guys no bs way of handling business. Whether EJ is prosecuted in Arizona or Texas I think it's a win win situation. Does Arizona have the death penalty?

How do we know she is friends with this person in a San Antonio news station? You know reporters have ways of finding out certain things about investigations we do not easily get. If this reporter is feeding her information such as what the maid said that was not said on the news to the public it could not only hurt the investigation but can also give the PERSON OF INTEREST

Well that is interesting. So if the FBI has video of the couple, then Elizabeth doesn't really have to describe the couple to the sketch artist.

If they had video of the couple their faces would have been on the news by now to find them. 

Ummmmm If the FBI have video of the couple who adopted the baby.... why then would there be a need for a composite sketch.  Why isn't there video of this couple on the news so they can be found?  I think this must be some hogwash.

Search continues for 8 month-old, but not in Victoria

Tempe, Ariz. police department continue search for 8 month old, Gabriel Johnson with San Antonio police department.

Despite initial reports, Tempe police said the baby's mother Elizabeth Johnson has not been in Victoria.

"We are looking at data of where she went and that does not seem to be accurate," said Kim Hale, commander for the Tempe police department, of rumors of Victoria being a possible location of where the child could be.

Sgt. Steve Carbajal, media relations for Tempe Police, said the case started on Dec. 27 when the baby's father, Logan McQueary, contacted police after receiving threats from Johnson toward the son.

Hale said the last sighting of the child was with his mother in San Antonio.

The 8-month-old's mother was arrested in Florida on Dec. 30, but has not been helpful to police, Hale said.

There are some inconsistant things in that article like "boarding a bus bound for Daytona Florida".
Of course there are alot of bad reporting in this case, IMO.
 Anyone know when or if it was stated when she was "seen" at Six Flags? They change the park hours in the fall and are now shut down till March according to the Six Flags San antonio website. I
