Gabriel Johnson 8 mo., last seen 12/26/09 #1 1/01/10 - 1/15/10

I am no expert on lying or anything but the babysitter seemed very truth full to me. She looked straight ahead, she didn't look down or up like most liars do. Her answers were very detailed and smooth. As far as this coming out now, maybe the cops had this under their hats early and asked her not to speak yet so not to compromise the investigation. and it is just coming out now (just a theory) But I did believe this young lady to be telling the truth.

Has there been much said about EJ's twin brother Robert (?) Is there anyone that can reach out to EJ and get facts on where baby Gabriel is?

It disturbs me to think that EJ would take off and spend Christmas alone with no family, no gifts no anything. It just saddens me to think of baby Gabriel not having a happy first Christmas.

It is a cute pic.. Nice to see his smiling little face. I think this pic was taken when Tammi took him to see Santa? I will give her credit for that. 

Thanks Muffy! I just love that little picture too and have to admit that I also give Tammi credit for having that beautiful photo taken for his first holiday. He is a really handsome baby boy.

Craig Cherry spoke with CNN Affiliate KPHO and told them he and Tammi Smith are very close, but doesn’t know Elizabeth Johnson and could only guess as to how Johnson learned his name and used it in court filings. Tammi Smith explains how this all came about, saying Johnson told her that the other possible father of Gabriel was actually someone Logan McQueary knows and Johnson was allegedly worried that if McQueary saw that, he would try to fight the other possible father. Tammi Smith claims Johnson initially wanted to make up a name, but Tammi Smith told Johnson she couldn’t do that. Then Johnson allegedly suggested she use Jack Smith’s name, and Tammi Smith would not let her. While saying she was joking, Tammi Smith admits they discussed other possible people to put on the document, including Tammi Smith’s cousin Craig Cherry. Tammi Smith drove Johnson to court to file the paternity request and reportedly even made 3 copies of the paperwork that clearly labeled Craig Cherry as the possible father but never noticed it. Smith says she never read it because she was in a hurry and didn’t know Johnson put Cherry’s name down until she got a call from Cherry saying the media was hounding him.

Robert is the uncle of 8-month-old Gabriel who was last seen on Dec. 6, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas. A nationwide search has been ongoing since Elizabeth notified the baby's biological father that she killed the boy. She has since said that she said that only to hurt father Logan McQueary and that the truth is she gave the child away to a couple she had just met in Texas.

"I'd love Gabriel back but, you know, it is what it is, so I just hope for the best," said Johnson.
(Bold red by me) I hate how the statements from Elizabeths bio family always seem to be so cold with no real emotion/feeling!

I noted that also. I think life has hardened them both ( not sure about gpa though), maybe to the point where they have no real emotion or feeling. Abuse does that to people unfortunately. He may have been saying that like " I'd love to have Gabriel back, but regardless it ain't gonna happen now because of what EJ did, so I hope he's alive and will be found".

*Just for the record* My only desire is to find Gabriel, but I think the other side should be giving OB4Bull the credit.  I think "Robinmphoto" meant scaredmonkeys when she said "found this link under another blog" and it just took on a life of it's own over there. Which is okay, it doesn't hurt for all the police agencies to get duplicate calls.

This is a huge longshot, and I do want to emphasize that I only mention it because of the dates, and the name and the state.
This poster says they just had a baby Gabriel placed into their care on January 1, in San Antonio.  Blogger said her name is "Beth".
Just a bunch of coincidences, IMO.  Still, probably nothing?

    I live in WI, but am currently in San Antonio, TX. My husband and I are adopting a handsome baby boy that was placed into our care on January 1. I've decided to make my project life about Baby Gabriel. Even though I won't be home when my project arrives I am clicking away taking his photo here in San Antonio.
