FTLOG, NG asked Tammi if Gabriel had diapers rash.  Tammi - Yes.  Earlier today Tammi said the allegations that Gabriel sat in a diaper all day were false as he never had a diaper rash.  Tammi then tried to explain is was a bacterial rash and Jack tried to shut her up. 

Now Tammi is trying shut Jack up.  Tammi looks like she may need a power flush.

What if Elizabeth is sincerely attempting to protect her baby from Logan?  Are there any reports filed with CPS ... but disregarded ... implying Gabriel would not be safe with his father or ... loved by his father?  Elizabeth does have issues but ... Logan has his own set of issues.  He does have a criminal record.

There is only a open CPS case with regards to EJ.  Logan also filed a restraining order against EJ after she trashed the apartment  , broke the crib and cut up all of Gabriel's clothes with Gabriel in the room.

Well they are in the right business for that to happen. Either the baby had or did not have a diaper rash, unless her next answer will be it was a very tiny rash. This woman is really crazy.

That sounds sooogood.  Our kitchen table is absent of food.

 Maybe after Nancy Grace ... hubby will take me to either the Spagetti Factory or the Olive Garden for some pasta.  Chinese Food is his thing.  I guess jankenpo (rock, paper, sissors) is where it is at.  Doesn't really matter.  I don't have to cook either way.

Somehow my heart tells me that baby Gabriel will be coming home.

I transcribed the Myspace email that the Smiths provided NG and she read.

Here is what EJ sent to Tammi:

I am ever worried this email can be traced to where I am so I probably won't email again.  But I had to let you know we are alright because I know you must be worried sick and I am so sorry for that, I really am.

yeah well my grandbabies had a HORRIBLE diaper rash that was caused by a fungus of all things and nothing we did would get rid of it til the doctor put them on meds so it wasn't from sitting in a dirty diaper all day but still IT IS A DIAPER RASH.  If they are guilty of something and trying to look innocent, they better shut up soon.  It ain't workin!

The other change is story ( huge surprise) tonight when NG was asking the Smiths how ofter they  heard from Elizabeth while she was going from Tempe, to San Antonio to Fl , they said they never were in contact when she was travelling, and then Tammi says you mean after she left?  It is like they know that route is not correct and early on Tammi said that Elizabeth was in CONSTANT contact with them and she could hear Gabriel in the background babbling and gigling till the time Elizabeth was arrested.

This is not sounding good..the cell phone and mexico thing.. anyone remember where in mexico the search for the baby floating in the river was being done? Where in relation to the cell info and known route was it.

There was one.  EJ claimed Logan kidnapped Gabriel.   Police found Gabriel at a friend of EJ's and EJ hid Gabriel  there prior to filing the complaint.  It was a false accusation and police determined that in fact Logan had nothing to do with it, EJ set it up.  Though no one has said who the friend was , what are the odds that it was the Smiths?
