Geraldo did a small piece on Gabriel last night.  The police from San Antonio said that they know she was trying to give away, adopt out and sell Gabriel when she was there.  They are not sure if she succeeded. 

Wow, I sure hope that and he is still alive, surely if this is what happened, someone will see a person/couple with Gabriel and call the police.

When I was going through the Arizona court records I came across a paternity and child support case and discounted it as not being the correct Elizabeth Johnson as she would have had to been 12 when she had the child.  I am wondering if it is the same Elizabeth as Gabriel's now after seeing the pictures with the older girl in them.

There is little being said about what the custody issue is all about other than this woman yapping on the Fox clip.  She has skin in the game though as she wanted to adopt Gabriel so who knows how slanted her view on things are right now.

Hello, I am Logans cousin, and it would be so awsome if anyone had any information regarding the case of his missing Son, Gabriel. Elizabeth, the boys Mother, was arrested in Florida, but Gabe was not with her. It is believed that Elizabeth wanted to give Gabe up for adoption to a lady in Texas. My cousin has turned his life around, and Gabe means everything to him. Please, if anyone has any information, Please contact the Tempe Police.. Thank You

Tempe police ask for help to locate infant missing 5 days (with video)

TEMPE, AZ -- Police are asking for the public's help to locate a Tempe infant missing for nearly a week.

Tempe police spokesperson Molly Enright said the boy's 23-year-old mother, Elizabeth Johnson, was being sought in connection with a custodial interference case, and was located in Florida Tuesday.

"A lot of times, as you see a case develop, you can pretty much put your finger on the reason, the motive because you've seen it before, but in this case we don't know what's going on," said Tempe Police Sgt. Steve Carbajal. "It's a very unique case."

Carbajal said Johnson left Arizona with her 8-month-old son Gabriel on December 18.

"Everybody knew where she was and that was OK," Carbajal said. "She just wanted to get away for a while and then these series of events happened where it was a concern for the father that she would not show up for a hearing. His fears were confirmed."

Gabriel's father was awarded sole custody of him when Elizabeth did not show up in court on Monday, December 28.

Police say Gabriel was last seen with his mother at a park near Six Flags in San Antonio, Texas on December 26. 

On Tuesday, December 29, Johnson was found and arrested at a Youth Hostel in Miami Beach, Florida.  Gabriel was not with her and detectives said she refuses to tell them where he is.

"She was confronted, arrested and interviewed exhaustively about the whereabouts of the child," said Wayne Jones, with Miami Beach Police.

"All we know at this point is Gabriel can be anywhere between San Antonio and Miami Beach," Tempe police say.

Carbajal confirmed Johnson has reportedly made threats to harm Gabriel, but says there is no evidence yet that the threats were carried out.
 
"Is she saying these things to hurt the father or would she actually hurt her own baby?" he said. "We don't know yet. We're hoping the baby is in good condition and will be returned safely."

Police are still looking for the vehicle Johnson was driving -- a white 1995 Oldsmobile Delta-88, with Arizona license plate AGZ4214.

It does look like her. I pray this is not a Casey Anthony crime going on here, Elizabeth appears to have a smirk to her, and the comment on her Myspace  I'm not sure what to think, usually I get some sort of feelings, but not with this, so that is why I'm hoping she left the little one with someone she knows, but as time goes on....
