I am gonna watch a war movie.The Hurt Locker.

Hubby is ignoring me.He is watching the military channel.   
I like war movies too.

BBL, going to pick up Josef and go home. I didn't go skate.

Maybe with your back pain that was a good idea, so you don't hurt it anymore. I'm going to go take a long aimless walk, took some xanax. If I could ever have a peaceful day here I would probably drop over from shock. Always something with this family, at least the dog doesn't cause me any grief.

I want Xanax too.Hubby took me for a long ride this morning to chill me out.   
Saw a lot of icicles and cows....      He even bought me lunch.   

That was nice of him to take you for a ride. Lunch is even better.

That was very nice of him  Now I'm sitting here with Irish Creme again in my coffee, my nice walk with the dog didn't turn out to be a nice walk. A lady with two dogs, one got away and went after Zoe, the lady's leash locked and she couldn't reel in the little darling, and I hit the ground trying to divide the dogs now my back feels like I've been plowing a field all day. Then one lady on a bike wheeling while her dog was running along side, she kept going around and around the block, and every time Zoe went bananas barking, all the dogs in the block were barking. I honestly feel like I'm living in a insane asylum, minus the good drugs that go along with it. And my husband sits and watches the military channel all the time.

No Rose how awful! I hate it when people don't take care when walking their dogs. As for the weirdo on the bike, it just seems very dangerous to ride with your dog next to you. I had a friend who's puppy got his paw stuck in the spoke while their son was riding his bike. It almost broke the puppys paw. I hope you aren't hurt too badly.

JSM, I have been ranting about people doing that with their dogs while they are riding a bike, there are several people around here who do that. And there that poor puppy almost broke his foot  The driving around here is awful, nobody seems to understand the speed limit, and it wouldn't take much for someone to fall off their bike and a car riding over them and the dog. This lady just wouldn't stop going around and around, I swear she must have been on speed. And that poor dog having to run like that. I am so sick of people today I could scream. All common sense has flown out the window, I guess. And Zoe was going nuts every time they would go past us

I understand completely about the crazy people and their dogs. We had a guy that would ride his bike with his dog and people drive so crazy in our parking lot, I don't even like to walk Joe at this time of night. Sounds like the lady was on speed or something. I really hate stupid people. I hope you feel better.

Thanks Trimm it sounds like a good movie. The earthquake is terribly upsetting to me. I pray for the people of Haiti and my friend's family that is still in Haiti.

Wow, I can't imagine being in an earthquake. 45 seconds sounds like a long time and what is so very sad is Haiti is the poorest country in the world. We had a priest that came to church one time that is a missionary there. I ended up giving him like all the cash in my purse it made me so sad.

Every time I also run outside, the one thing they tell you not to do, but my logic is I don't want to be under the rubble. I can't imagine that magnitude and damage

Evening friends...
I am going to watch the season of Idol for the first time...decided to follow it from start to finish..another one that I enjoy is Project Runway...started watching it last season and enjoyed it...I am getting tired of watching the Nancy Grace type of shows where it is always sad bad news...going to try some different shows for a change..know what I mean?

My youngest daughter really likes Project Runway. I know what you mean, believe me, I'm watching Andy Griffith right now, then two episodes of All in the Family, and then two episodes of Sanford and Son

I wouldn't know what to do during an earthquake. I would run outside like you. Scary thing about earthquakes, you don't know when they will happen. At least with tornadoes, now with Doppler radar and such, they can predict when and where it is going to hit way before it comes. That is nice they donate money at work.

Yeah with tornadoes there would be a siren that would go off and then we would go to the basement. An earthquake, well, can happen at anytime, no warning. I use to be afraid, but now it's like oh well, if it happens and it is bad, there is nothing we can do.
