My BGF just called while I was walking Josef. He broke down and told me his dog Pupek may be paralyzed. He goes back to the vet tomorrow to see if there is some improvement. If you monkeys don't mind, please pray for my friend and his dog. Thanks Monkeys. 

Oh no, my prayers are with him and his dog 

Thank you No Rose  , it broke my heart talking to him. He was out of town and had to call the emergency number to the vet yesterday. I love that little dog like he is my own.

I sure hope he will be alright

Hi Tevye, I hope you are feeling better today. Pupek is just old and I think has spinal cord problem. I really didn't get the whole story because my BGF was crying when he was telling me, then I started crying. It doesn't look good though.

My Weekend was well. Josef is waiting for Mardi Gras and the Saints going to the Super Bowl. (I hope)

I hope the Saints go to the Super Bowl too JSM - fingers crossed they beat the Vikings - even though I am in Minnesota I am not a Viking fan.  Go Saints!

  Yay! I am glad you want the Saints to go to the Superbowl. I read an article about their priest chaplain for the team. It was a really cute article. I do like Brett Favre though, but not when he plays my Saints.

I just talked to my friend, she told me one Auntie lost her leg when the house collapsed, but everyone in her family is alive and the one that lost her leg is doing good. She wanted me to tell everyone of you monkeys thanks for your prayers for her and her family. She asks that you continue to pray for the people of Haiti. 

That is bittersweet news - sorry her Aunt lost her leg but that is better than the alternative.  I am so happy they are all alive.  Continued prayers for them all that is for sure. 

Thanks Mission for the prayers. Yes, she lost a leg, but will survive. My friend really wants to go back to Haiti, but I don't think she will get there for a long time.

Hi Cookie - I had a great day to.  Are you counting the days hours and minutes to getting on that cruise ship?  You are going to have so much fun.

so sweet of you to mention the cruise! yes...I am excited...I am just about all packed except for my dressier clothes...I am looking forward to it that is for sure...today I went off my Hollywood cookie diet a bit...had some lasagna for dinner....it was soooooo good...I have been doing ok...so I decided to treat myself, so I did...

What made your day so great today? what did you do ? something for yourself?
I may not be on here much longer...for some reason it is spinning spinning spinning and taking forever to connect...besides, Castle is on at 9 and that is my favorite show so I might just watch that and relax...

Cookie, how is the cookie diet working? Are you hungry at all? Have fun on the cruise, can you pack me in your suitcase please?

We had a peaceful night and will this morning, then round two comes with thunder and wind and rain. Now my fire alarm upstairs went off because my daughter took a very long hot shower and didn't open a window. Finally got it to turn off, Zoe is not so happy

  Good Morning Monkeys - I hope everyone is doing well.  Back to work for me today - Arggg I need to get my daughter graduated from college (in May) and married off in September so I can work part time - I loved having yesterday off - I goofed around on little projects all day.
