Sorry about the delay answering - the apt manager here at the city place where I stay during the week called & was chewing me out for not letting the Orkin man in.  I said I was sick, she said she didn't care.  Pft.

Thank you Bud's Girl - CBB made it for me - I love that little girl too.  I am sorry to hear you are down with bronchitis that is nasty stuff - you need to lay low, I got a good chuckle at whistling at yourself.  Take it easy.

Woman Kills Boyfriend By Sitting On Him: Mia Landingham gets Probation

It was last August when a story broke of a woman who had killed her boyfriend by sitting on him. During an argument Mia Landingham, who weighs almost 300 pounds, killed her smaller boyfriend Mika Middlestone-Bey by sitting on him during an argument. The couple had three children together.

Mia Landingham's trial ended yesterday and she was sentenced to three years probation and 100 hours community service; she plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter. She was released from jail yesterday.

Landingham told the court: ‘I just want to say that I am sincerely sorry about this situation. I wish I could take it back.’ 

Mikal's family were outraged by the result. One of his sisters said: ‘So basically you can say that I can go sit on somebody and get probation?

‘I feel there wasn't no justice.’
