Good evening Monkeys. Our server went down at work today so I didn't get back into the cage. I just got home from the rink and I am super tired. I hope all of you had a good day. I will try and read back and see how it went.

Oh, I think I am going to bail out of my competition. I cannot get it together. I am going to watch Nationals short program tonight. Maybe that will give me a push to keep skating. I think a lot of my lack of desire is all the kids on the ice today. Don't they know old ladies should have the right of way.

I think a lot of my lack of desire is all the kids on the ice today. Don't they know old ladies should have the right of way.

No your post wasn't a downer. I am worried about Josef, he had a hard time walking up the stairs last night and couldn't jump on the bed. I think I am going to get him those foam steps this weekend at PetsMart. I thought his medicine was helping, but maybe not. 

oh shoot JSM I am sorry to hear this - did the vet say how long before you might see some improvement?

He had improved, but something was wrong yesterday. Could have been the long walk he drug me on because the weather is nice. I knew I should have taken him home.

Hi Brandi. I wish there were a bunch of monkeys out there. I fell on my rear, so that made me feel like an idiot. I missed y'all too today. I am so way behind now. I will stay in the competition because I don't want to disappoint my coach.

I'm glad we got the cleaning crew and hairdresser, and exercise instructor ready to go. The bartender really better know how to make a stiff drink, or I will have to take over.             QM and JSM no words can come out of me right now, I understand so well about the pups, I'm waiting on a call back from the vet. It is not that Zoe has not had the dripping of urine in the past, it is so sad for me to watch, she is a very proud animal, and she looks at me like she is ashamed. Waiting to hear what the vet says.

Personally, after having seen that crew, I think I'll have them waiting at the next station to get on!!!  LOL

No rose, I am so glad you understand Zoe can't help it. I hope she gets some relief by a change in the meds frequency. And I hope there is no infection.

Been watching news of the storms out your way. They have been bad. Stay safe!

The vet just called back, she wants Zoe to go back for a week of her pills too every other day. She will also have a prescription of antibiotics for her ready for my husband to pick up after work. She is prone to urinary/bladder infections  I swear if this rain doesn't stop, I know it will tomorrow, but last night it was very bad.   Brandi the train looks great, and Mission right about now any drink will do, but I will warn I get a little crazy from tequila 

No Rose, I am glad that Zoe is getting a prescription and pray that it helps her.  I pray your weather is better tonight.

Well, QM, your cute smileys gave me an idea. And while I was executing said idea, my computer crashed. LOL

Heavy memory hogging graphics apps and the fact I hate to reboot was partially to blame. LOL

Anyway, decided we needed an engine. No engineer yet though.

Woman Kills Boyfriend By Sitting On Him: Mia Landingham gets Probation

It was last August when a story broke of a woman who had killed her boyfriend by sitting on him. During an argument Mia Landingham, who weighs almost 300 pounds, killed her smaller boyfriend Mika Middlestone-Bey by sitting on him during an argument. The couple had three children together.

Mia Landingham's trial ended yesterday and she was sentenced to three years probation and 100 hours community service; she plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter. She was released from jail yesterday.

Landingham told the court: ‘I just want to say that I am sincerely sorry about this situation. I wish I could take it back.’ 

Mikal's family were outraged by the result. One of his sisters said: ‘So basically you can say that I can go sit on somebody and get probation?

‘I feel there wasn't no justice.’
