Mission that is great you have lost six pounds 

I just goes to show how bad I was during the holidays a few more pounds and everything should fit a bit better 

I know what you mean  I don't eat after supper, and I have cut back on this and that. One good thing for me is when I'm depressed or nervous I don't eat, some people that is when they really eat.

Morning Monkeys. Thanks for all the comments about my Aunt, I pray she gets to see a specialist soon. 

  I'm hungry. 

I am hungry too - I want a wagon full of chocolate!  I have been "being haved" as our dear Muffy would say, since the holidays and have lost 6 pounds but right now I would do just about anything for a Hershey with Almonds bar and I am not talking the nugget size I want the giant size.....oh and enjoy it with a real Coke on ice.   

  Good for you being on a diet and losing weight. I am trying, but it isn't working. I just like to eat!

So do I JSM I love to cook and EAT!!

This old monkey wants some of that beautiful vintage lingerie!  I am off to spend a few days in Laughlin Nevada.  I will miss you my friends but am looking forward to a few days away with my dh.  TTYL.
 

    Have a fun and safe trip. I just love looking at old ads like that. Another thing that I like to do especially when I'm depressed, is read old Heloise books, from the sixties, with all her handy tips. Stupid, but it helps me for some reason

There was one hotel in London we stayed in that our room overlooked the curry palace below. We stayed one night and got the h*ll outta there. Oh and the hotel in Blackpool I stayed in, you had to twist sideways to get in the shower.  (I was a size 5 then)

I love reading recipe books all the time! you would think that I cooked a lot the way that I always am looking for recipes..also love looking at kitchen gadgets to see what it new...
