That's great that Anna sat up by herself today, they grow so fast, it is fun to watch all the developments that babies go through 

Yeah No Rose, I like babies when they are little and do new things. 

That is fun to watch.    I'm still gagging from yesterday's Living Under a Microscope by George Anthony. That reminds me of grade school when you had to write something and then say your name. Matter of fact I do believe someone in grade school wrote that dribble.

Mission...the Hollywood cookie diet is..that you eat one of their chocolate cookies for breakfast, one for a snack mid morning and one for lunch and then you eat a sensible dinner...I am thinking that somehow the cookies make u feel full? not sure...gonna try them tomorrow...Hubs is too...he is a night time eater...gets out of bed to eat in the middle of the night..not me, I don't snack after dinner ...he never eats sweets except in the middle of the night! so he will benefit from the cookies...I guess that you can eat them whenever you are feeling hungry...will let you know once I get started on them tomorrow...I am also doing the fruit smoothies...they are yummy! easy too...

This sounds like my kind of diet - let me know how this goes.  Your husband sounds exactly like mine - he gets up every night and snacks on cookies or candy bars that is too funny - it blows my mind because he is a tall drink of water and never gains an ounce - me on the other hand, if I were to get up in the night and eat cookies I would be a 2 ton Tilly.

Hope every ones staying warm. It's so cold here this morning. Hope everyones doing okay.

Lots of them are chattering in Minot North Dakota today I am sure - 55 below regular air temp.

I just tuck mine in my pockets for added warmth.

Cookie good luck on the cookie diet, I have seen that advertised. My problem would be that one cookie would not be enough, and I would then proceed to eat more then the one cookie and justify that it is a diet cookie.

you can eat more than 1...I just had my first cookie...they taste good...I have a feeling that these cookies work cause it must give you a  "full" feeling...will let you know...these are cookies that they supply...not just any cookies...just for clarification...otherwise I would be eating Oreos!

hubs tried the slim fast drinks...he said they were ok..
also, I bought some of those Atkins caramel candy bars...they are delicious...so now hubs has cookies and candy bars to eat at night...at least those are less fattening than his chips or regular candy bars/cookies...

'Night Monks.  We have about three inches of global warming on the ground so I'm going to go to bed and bask in the balmy weather caused by humans breathing all around the world. If I could just package Charlie's "Emissions" it would keep my house warm for weeks. I think it's methane.
