Have a good evening Mission and Scarey    Did I hear we are having a party? Right now even a painting party sounds fun 

I wanna have a party, but I have to get up early to drive an hour away to the rink in the morning. I am changing rinks, so instead of a 10 minute drive, I will drive for an hour. 

Oh that is not fun, that is a long drive.

Not fun a fun drive, plus the tolls will cost me about 5 dollars one way. But well worth being with my original coach. I just love her to death. 

Sounds like a fair trade-off, JSM.

But it would be nice if you didn't have to travel so far.

Glad you can be working with your old beloved coach!

It will be a haul, but I don't mind just to skate with her. Plus I will start on Tuesday having a private lesson at the rink closer to my apartment. I have to get ready for my competition in February. Good Lord, I need to lose 40 pounds in a month. 

I can relate to the losing pounds!

  Yum, cookies. I don't think I could do that diet.  I have no will power and now that I am not smoking "as much", I have gained 5 pounds. I blame vacation, eggs, sausage, toast and hashbrowns every morning. NO more fried egg sammiches for breakfast. No more tacos, no more beans on toast, no more anything yummy. 

JSM...congrats on not smoking as much....I am trying that method also....I challenge myself to see how long a pack will last me.

Hope Joe feels better will he let you massage him ?

Hi Mymonkey, I am trying not to smoke as much, maybe have had 5 today. Pretty good for someone that smoked over a pack a day.  He flinches when I touch him around the front part of his chest. That is what as me worried. Otherwise, he is is fine evil self. I am probably being worried for nothing, but even the girls at school have noticed his flinching.

  Anyone else getting double and triple popups? it's driving me craaazzzzy!

I keep getting knocked out not so many popups. Just gave him a kiss and he goes to the vet on Monday unless I take him on Sunday. Just depends on how he feels between now and Monday.

  Whoa really screwed up! Took Josef outside without a coat, just gloves and scarf on my head. I had to drag his butt up the stairs.

We got dumped on today.  SNOW DAY!  Bubba went to spend the night at his cousin's house and we're meeting at the sledding hill around lunch time.  It's supposed to be cold tomorrow (14f) so I don't know how long we'll last.  They have a fire pit there so you can get warmed up.  I will take the camera!  Lots & lots of fresh snow.

I'm sorry Josef is not acting right.  I'm praying that it isn't something serious.

Lovin that is great that you have snow and Bubba and you can have a great time sledding. It was so much fun, I had never sledded until last week. The hill kicked my butt on the walk up though

Hi Bud's Girl    Did Santa leave a bread maker?

No he told me to go find one & I looked at the only one Wal Mart had a couple days ago.  I think it was an Oster? brand.  Not expensive at all.  Just still procrastinating.       

I'm afraid I'll eat a loaf a day if I start making it, I could happily eat just bread and butter, which makes me do a No Rose face

I love bread in any shape or form. Always have. Even pretzels. Bagels, English muffins, rolls, biscuits, stuffing, gimme bread!  LOL

me too..bread, especially warm bread is my down fall...could make a meal out of that..in the winter I love home made bread with hot soup...nothing better!
