  Man Allegedly Kills Brother to Use Toilet First

Hidalgo County authorities say a dispute over who could use the bathroom first left one man dead and his brother accused in the fatal shooting.

Sheriff Lupe Trevino says the brothers, ages 20 and 22, had been in physical confrontations before, including a knife fight a couple of years ago.

Relatives told deputies that the men argued Tuesday morning about who could use the bathroom first at a residence in the Alton area.

Trevino says the older brother faced arraignment Wednesday on a murder charge.

Justice of the Peace Luis Garza identified the slain man as 20-year-old Jeremiah Hooper. An autopsy was ordered

Morning Monkeys. Thanks for all the comments about my Aunt, I pray she gets to see a specialist soon. 

  I'm hungry. 

I am hungry too - I want a wagon full of chocolate!  I have been "being haved" as our dear Muffy would say, since the holidays and have lost 6 pounds but right now I would do just about anything for a Hershey with Almonds bar and I am not talking the nugget size I want the giant size.....oh and enjoy it with a real Coke on ice.   

  Good for you being on a diet and losing weight. I am trying, but it isn't working. I just like to eat!

This old monkey wants some of that beautiful vintage lingerie!  I am off to spend a few days in Laughlin Nevada.  I will miss you my friends but am looking forward to a few days away with my dh.  TTYL.

JSM...hope that your aunt improves...goodness...

today is the last day of my diet...tomorrow I plan on having a donut or a cinnamon roll to start my day at the airport...I think that may still sell Krispy Kremes...not sure...lol

I plan to contact the police chief today...he went to highschool with me and he is on facebook so I am going to send him a message today...see what he thinks...the bad thing is that I was told that they don't have surveillance cameras in all parts of the store that run all the time...so, if there is not a video of this guy following me around and no one got his license plate # when he drove away, not sure what they can or will be able to do with it...but I will contact him and let him know the date and the time so in case there have been other reports and there is a video of him coming or leaving the store..they will at least know what he looks like...

Ok...I reported my incident to the chief of police ...not a formal report yet but I let him know what happened and to contact the store if he wants or thinks that there should be a follow up...will let you know what he tells me...maybe they have had other reports of this creep loitering around....

Cookie have a wonderful time on your cruise - you are going to have such a good time.  I think it is good you are following up on the creepy creep guy - chances are he will go back there and at least this way they will know what he looks like and can be aware.

    Have a fun and safe trip. I just love looking at old ads like that. Another thing that I like to do especially when I'm depressed, is read old Heloise books, from the sixties, with all her handy tips. Stupid, but it helps me for some reason

my biggest downfall is desserts and homemade warm breads or rolls...I could make a meal out of soup and warm bread or dinner rolls...especially ham and bean soup....my all time favorites!
