I thought maybe posting the docket for the custody case would help fill in the timeline.

 You all did great sleuthing on finding the mobile home address and other updates. It is odd that her address is that mobile home yet it is in another persons name as ownership. Also they are saying she left Arizona on the 18th according to earlier postings, where did she stay until the 22nd? If Le has the gps info. they are not revealing it for some reason. Maybe they are still investigating the areas.  I am wondering too how Elizabeth came upon this bus station. Was it merely convienence since it was nearby, or did she use them on purpose thinking her tracks would not be as easy to follow? I am wondering why she did not use a fake name, did they say how they found her at the youth hostel in Miami? Was it her being on the computer or her myspace? Regardless... where is Gabriel, gosh I ask myself this all the time in regards to Haliegh. Too many missing children.

She did use a fake name and had fake ID.  One of the names used was Elizabeth Jones.  It is in thread 1 with the links.

Family of missing baby's father to hold vigil

The paternal family of a missing 8-month-old Tempe boy is holding a candlelight vigil for him in a Scottsdale park on Sunday.

The family of Logan McQueary, the father of Gabriel Johnson, who has been missing since Dec. 26, is inviting the public to the vigil in honor of Gabriel at 6 p.m. Sunday at Chaparral Park. The park is at 5401 N. Hayden Road, and the vigil will be held at the south soccer field.

The baby, Gabriel Johnson, has been missing since Dec. 26 when he was last seen in San Antonio, Texas, where his mother, Elizabeth Johnson took him in the midst of a custody battle with McQueary. The story has received national media attention.

Johnson is being held on a $1.1 million cash bond in the Maricopa County Estrella Jail. She has remained uncooperative with authorities about revealing Gabriel's whereabouts since her arrest in Miami Beach, Fla., on Dec. 30, according to Tempe police.

The McQueary family said they are hopeful that the baby will be safely returned.

I am leaning towards EJ making some money from a date in SA

In reading the NG transcripts the sitter stating EJ wanted her to look after Gabriel at her house regardless how far away it was.

Possibilities as to why

A - did not want anyone to find Gabriel
B - wanted to bring someone back to the hotel

GRACE: Analisa, when you first got there, is it true that she asked to take the baby to your house?

ANALISA: Yes, she did. She asked if I could watch the baby at my house, that she didn`t care how far it was, that she was willing to drive.

GRACE: What did you say?

ANALISA: I told her that`s not a good idea because my house is not suitable for a baby. We have pets. We have cats and a dog.

Police have not said which days she stayed at either of the  hotels.  What if she booked the second hotel because it was right across the parking lot from Homegate Suites to take her date to?

As a matter of fact police had not said anything about the second hotel other than the name.  We have heard from the hotel clerk at Homegate and know she used the lobby computer there.  We know nothing about the Quality Inn.

good morning everyone!   I also think Elizabeth had some sort of a date that obtained from Craigs list to make some extra money. Of course there is no way that person will ever come forward. But if Elizabeth was on the computer they should be able to track every person she wrote to on craigs list. I still wonder what was Elizabeth doing the other days in San Antonio?  I can't see her sitting in a hotel room. I found this interesting site and I do not know how much of it is 100% factual but after reading it it appears right on target. Tammi Smith made three copies of the petition and drove Johnson to court on December 14. After Johnson's arrest, Tammi Smith lied to the police and made false public statements, saying she had not seen Cherry's name on the petition. She later confessed to Tempe Arizona police investigators that she had written in Cherry's name on the court petition. A perjurious act on both women's parts. Tammi Smith said Elizabeth had asked her to fill that in— the doors were closing. Do we assume Tammi Smith also wrote in Cherry's name not only on the original petition but also on the three copies? Falsifying documents is not new to Tammi Smith. As Tammi Facio when wed to Kieth Facio, she was charged with forgery, according to a court document filed on 10/12/1998. Other charges were: Failure to Main Control (1994); Simple Battery and Disturbing the Peace/Offensive Language (2001

ITA.  The craigslist ads go from live in sitter to giving everything away or selling. Something happened to change the direction EJ was thinking.  I think enema woman called to sit and then had her conviced to let them look after Gabriel to adopt him within a day or two.  I see Tammi as a cameleon  and manipulator. She has a story of being abused by everyman in her life except Jack.  She carries a Pollyanna demeanor but I can see where she can spot a weakness and coerce to gain what she wants.  All JMO.

Yes a friend of Robert in one article stated that their mother was murdered and that is when they moved back to AZ.  No confirmation of her name.

Your description of Tammi is spot ON.  Perhaps EJ was planning on getting a job and knew she needed to find a sitter/nanny for Gabriel, thus the ad on Craigslist - her actions in no way indicate she was planning to flee with this child - looking for a sitter one week and then fleeing to Texas the next does not make any sense at all..................IMO her going to Texas was a plan orchestrated by the Smiths - I have a hard time believing EJ just up and decided to run away and head to Texas.  The Smith's are in this deep and I hope to he!! they pay - all my opinion of course.

Good morning guys,  IMO Mission is correct in her opinion.  Tammi has been trolling for babies for a long time.  This could have been a perfect set-up for her.  I never believed the airport story.  It just doesn't happen that people meet in an airport and a young mother agrees to let her baby be adopted  between flights. Ridiculous story.  However, Tammi could have answered the ad for a nanny and wormed her way in to convincing Elizabeth it would be best for Gabriel if another couple raised him.  From what Logan says, if it can be believed, Elizabeth never wanted that baby anyway and if she sold him to a baby broker to be sold on to an adoptive couple she probably thought "What's the harm?"  While I think Elizabeth is a despicable person, Tammi is full of the matter she extracts for a living.  I suggest she do it to herself.

I'm more interested in how she acquired or was able to afford buying this trailer if she did in fact own it, being unemployed. Also, going through the timeline of her Craigslist posts, I find it a little odd that at first she posted she needed a live in nanny with free board so she could go back to work, then it changed to room for rent. I wonder what changed her mind - and when.

Baby Gabriel's father plans vigil for his son

TEMPE – The father of a missing Tempe infant plans to hold a candlelight vigil for him this weekend.

Logan McQueary and his family and friends plan to gather at Chaparral Park in Scottsdale on Sunday evening.

The vigil will start at 6 p.m. McQueary's son, Gabriel Johnson, disappeared after Christmas while in his mother's custody in Texas.

Elizabeth Johnson is under arrest but has not told authorities where the child is.
