Yes a friend of Robert in one article stated that their mother was murdered and that is when they moved back to AZ.  No confirmation of her name.

Is Elizabeths grandfather in AZ. her mothers father or father's father? There is not alot of mentioning of Elizabeth's father. I wonder at what age Elizabeth was put in foster homes. Is the death of Elizabeths mom the reason she went into foster care? Not that any of this will help find Gabriel I am just trying to gain insight to how Elizabeth rationalizes things.

These writers come up with pretty good info.  The article goes back and forth with the lies from Elizabeth and Tammi and how can we believe anything that comes from either of their mouths. Another interesting fact that was cited was that Scott Peterson was charged before a body was found as well as Casey Anthony. Maybe they should charge Elizabeth. With murder charges being faced she may talk!

I was wondering if Tammi and EJ met through some kind of counseling base, such as if Tammi works some kind of crises outreach. There is a Tammy Smith, not Tammi Smith that does some out reach through a couple of churches but not sure it is the same person or not because of the spelling.

This is the website to the crisis nursery. Tammi has a link from her website to give a donation to this place. When looking through the site they do screen for families to take in the children and it is done on an emergency basis, remember the midnight phone call? This is the type of place that would call in the middle of the night asking if you can take in the child.

Crisis Nursery has provided shelter to children throughout Maricopa County for the more than 31 years. Our locations include the following:

Children's Shelter:  A 23 bed shelter located at E. 2711 Roosevelt Ave. on the grounds of Marciopa Medical.

Marcus House:  A six bed shelter located in Central Phoenix for children in sibling groups who have extended stays with Crisis Nursery. (Placement to this location is determined by Crisis Nursery)

Children are referred to our shelters in one of two ways:

1.Parents bring their children for temporary respite from an overwhelming crisis
2.Through placement by Arizona Child Protective Services (CPS) or the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) after being removed from their home due to abuse or neglect.
Regardless of the reason for placement, each child receives comprehensive care.
Family respite services through our shelter offers short-term overnight or day services to families experiencing an emergency or crisis.
•Our Children’s Shelter is opened 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for children, ages birth to age 10 for overnight stays.
•Short-term temporary day services are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (birth to five years old only) and Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for children ages birth to 10 years old. 
Family Respite Services include the following:

Medical Services:

•Within five days after admission, a physical exam is completed by the onsite Nurse Practitioner.
•Immunizations are given to children whose vaccinations are not up-to-date.
•Appropriate medical, dental, and ophthalmologic referrals are made, based on need, throughout the child�s stay.
•When ill or injured, medical staff follows-up on treatment or prescription of necessary medications throughout the child's stay.
Social/Behavioral Services:

•Development Assessments are administered to all children.
•Age appropriate recreational/play activities that stimulate physical, cognitive and emotional/social growth are provided.
•Individualized and small group sessions are tailored to the emotional, behavioral and cognitive needs of each child.
•Appropriate psychiatric and/or counseling services are implemented or continued.
•All children under the age of five participate in age or developmentally appropriate infant-toddler or Pre K programs on campus.
Education Services:

•Every school aged child�s educational aptitude is assessed.
•Assessments that measure academic deficiencies and speech and learning abilities are performed.
•A child of school-age is enrolled in the appropriate grade in school within 5 days of placement.
•Appropriate referrals are made to meet a child's needs.
Advocacy and Follow-up Services
In working with CPS and GRIC, the following services are provided:

•Development of goals for placement options, i.e. reunification with parents, foster care or adoption
•Continual updating, conferring and planning for children and their families

I would guess mid to upper 60's as well. Duh... the article gives his name as Bob Johnson, I need to wear my glasses when I read.  I am thinking Elizabeths' mom would have a married name and Elizabeth and her brother would have obtained the name Johnson via that. So he is the paternal grandfather. I wonder if Elizabeth's father is around or even cares about what is happening right now. There are 5 pages of Robert Johnson's in the people search. I take it his wife is still alive due to the fact a grandmother was mentioned. I am wondering about her maternal side of the family? Wasn't there an article that stated she went to Mass. to finish highschool because she was kicked out of a school in Az.? Will have to look and see, also her myspace  states she was living elsewhere before the baby was born, I will get the link....

According to twin brother Robert Johnson, him and Elizabeth were in foster homes till they were 12, then they moved to Scottsdale to live with their father.  They were close until they had a falling out when Robert introduced Logan his friend of 10 years to Elizabeth.  He believes Logan is quite capable to raise Gabriel.

EJ and Robert are twins and born in 86 so add 12 years and their father was still alive in Scottsdale in 1998.  Robert is Robert JR, so I am guessing their father is Robert as well?  Unless he is Robert Jr and Gramps is Robert Sr     We need to see if there is an obit from 1998 forward for a Robert Johnson in Scottsdale.

Her mother was killed in Boston and her Grandmother lived in Mass as well.  I am betting they lived together.

Jan 8 Today show they had some of the court docs and then Gramps in front of his house on.  I know that Gramps moves his head so you can read the full house numbers and I never grabbed it.  I am failing at finding that Today show episode.  It was short and had the docs on as well.  Help would be appreciated.
