I would guess that Tammi rents space in the Salon/Spa for her machine and whoever operates it.

So, Tammi doesn't really have five business locations.  She has her home, rented space at Dolce Spa and ONE location on Meeker Dr. in Sun City.  What a shame--preying on elderly, retired folks in Sun City who think they need colonic irrigation.  That just makes me angry.  She's a con artist.

I agree AZLady.  So how are they making enough money to build that new home?  Does her husband have a real job?  I don't think he does.

I agree AZLady.  So how are they making enough money to build that new home?  Does her husband have a real job?  I don't think he does. 

I think the baby broker theories are spot on. That house is huge. How many young mothers have they manipulated in their time of need.

Jack said on the news that he was in the music business for 30 some years in Nashville.  Maybe he has some money.   Wasn't there some indication in the Recorded Documents that they may have been forced to sell the first house?  I need to go look at those more closely.  Financing is very tight right now, so I wonder if they put a large cash downpayment on the new house.  Wonder where they might get $200K or $300K in cash?  Would they make that much brokering adoptions?  They just might...

The sad thing is that what they do might very well be legal.  Not right, of course, but legal.  Putting desperate adoptive parents with money to burn in touch with young mothers who have no where else to turn could be legal and lucrative, especially if they know a shady lawyer to draw up and file the papers.  Lord know, there are enough of them around here, too.

I wonder how many adoption papers have been drawn up with Tammi Smith's cousin listed as the biological father.  There must be a data base that a computer savy Monkey can access.  How many fathers have been denied their God-given right to have a choice in the adoption process?

Here is the link to the loan papers on the new house.  Interesting.  She financed $294,566.00 on a house valued at over $550,000.  That means she came up with at least $250,000 in cash to put down on this house.  There is no way she made that kind of money on the previous house.  She bought the previous house for over $500,000 and my guess is that she sold it for less than that.  The house is only a mile from my own home.  There is no way she made that money from the sale of the previous home.  Now where did Tammie Fay get a quarter of a million dollars in cash in the past year?  How?

I am somewhat discouraged when I consider some of the cases I have followed.

All the red flags/circumstantial evidence point to Joran van der Sloot in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and ... he has yet to be charged.

All the red flags/circumstantial evidence point to Misty Croslin in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings and ... she has yet to charged.

All the red flags/circumstantial evidence point to Josh Powell in the disappearance of his wife, Susan, and ... he has yet to be charged.

All the red flags point to Elizabeth Johnson in the disappearance of her son, Gabriel and ... she has yet to be charged accordingly.

It seem that all the above are afforded so many rights under the system that justice for the victims remains elusive.  They are all informed by attorneys how "to get away with murder."

Janet, this is so true.  On the other hand, you (and I) may just be drawn to these cases because we recognize the gross injustice and are offended by it to the extent that we become intrigued and entangled in the details.
