I am drawing a blank but do we know the date of the text message that EJ sent to Logan telling him she killed Gabriel?

remind me again of why we believe she left with the baby on the 18th and not sooner? Was it her visit to her grandfathers home? Also, where was she during the time before she picked up the baby?

Leaving on the 18th is based on Tammi saying she met EJ at a park to give her Gabriel back so she could take him to see Logan.  I believe no one saw EJ after that time.

No idea where she was before as the Smith's had Gabriel but she would have been in the immediate area to meet them on the 18th I would think?

I don't doubt her being a ho-bag escort, and getting a local phone for that, I can't fit it in w/ her driving w/ Gabriel to SA to do that. And those photos released from her camera don't look like "making memories" from their road trip together. They look more like "this is what my merchandise looks like".

I am beginning to think detectives need to check into Gabriel even being at the Smith's for the said days.  They have lied on more than one occasion.    If this was planned.  Perhaps they can trace where Elizabeth's cell phone pings were during this time as well.  Besides having a few photos of Gabriel in Tammi's home. 

Things are getting really confusing on the Smith's part.  Twisted half truths from everyone.  Hmm. Baby brokering is a chargeable offense.

On Friday, the Tempe Police Department released photographs of Gabriel taken from Johnson's camera.

According to an e-mail from Horn, time stamps from the camera indicate the final photographs were taken Dec. 26. Gabriel was reported missing Dec. 27.

The more I look at these pictures ... the more concern I am that the text message Elizabeth sent to Logan reflected the truth.  I hope I am wrong.

When Elizabeth's grandfather gave her the car to use, and she didn't come back with it, did he do a police report that his car was stolen? I thought he gave her the car for an interview, and then she took off with it.

No idea if Gramps called in the car as stolen but I am guessing he did not.  It sure may have helped if he did.

I noticed that Gabriel seems to be wearing brand new footie pajamas.  I wonder
about those.  Did EJ buy them?  Why would she do that?  If she bought them in San Antonio, would there be a tape of her buying other things at the same time?

The last two pictures surely look like a child that cannot keep his eyes open.
Was he tired?  Was he drugged?  Did EJ have a clue about how much Tylenol a child should receive?

Was the knife found on EJ when she was picked up?  Was it found in the room?
Did she have it for safety reasons while traveling? 

What is with the person giving EJ a cell phone while in San Antonio?  I wondered if
EJ's cell phone went to Victoria, TX while she was sitting there in San Antonio waiting for a bus. 

Okay....those were the things I have had on my mind for a while.  Wish the San Antonio police would share a bit more.

I am glad to hear she used or had a San Antonio cell phone, I still feel she sold Gabriel.  I feel she was focused on getting money for him rather than "disposing" of him. Also, I bet, she was aware of how much demand/money for Gabriel. 

On another note I hope the LE looks into charges of human trafficing.  I don't know the details of laws, but to me she was trafficing her son, as well as other charges.

Glad to see you pop in again.  I try putting myself into the shoes of a 23 year old with and 8 month old - and it is not hard as that is how old I was when my son was 8 months old. 

I think it is strange that someone (with not much money) would give away her cell...but I bet she has seen one or two TV programs about cell phone pings....so maybe she sold the phone for a couple of dollars...or, if Gabriel was passed on to someone else, she may have tucked the phone in his belongings...and off it went to Victoria, TX and parts south of there.  I guess the last thing is....she put the phone down and it was stolen.

Speaking of Gabriel's belongings....did EJ leave those brand new, never washed p.j's, in the hotel room or in the car.  If those were found, I would feel sick about the outcome of this case.

I like the idea, NR, that she was given a phone by one of her craigslist ads.

Maybe she gave the cell phone to someone on the bus?  Just a wild guess.

Regarding when ej left AZ, NR posted a court doc that I think indicated they ej and Logan were in court on 12/16.  And I don't recall when the paternity request ej filled out was dated.
