Oh gawd what the hell kind of look is this? IF the person is a professional interior designer, she/he needs to be removed immediately for lack of taste. What an awful attemp at modern glam. More like modern gaudy. Terrible, just terrible. OH and the 2nd pic, ewww, yuck, is that Tammi's area? Don't want to think about it, lalalalalala.....

There's no accounting for taste.  Some people think that the flashy wallpaper and plastic chandeliers justify the exorbitant amount they pay to get their nails done and their hair cut, their legs waxed and their colons flushed.  Go figure.  There's always people with more money than taste.

No, no, no.  There are three locations for Dolce Salon and Spa.  It is a glorified beauty salon where they do hair, nails, waxing, and now colonic irrigation.

You can see their services.  They don't list the colonic irrigation on their website.  My guess is that it's a new service they are offering.  They probably rent a small space to Tammi and she brought in her chair and machine.

Here is the link to the loan papers on the new house.  Interesting.  She financed $294,566.00 on a house valued at over $550,000.  That means she came up with at least $250,000 in cash to put down on this house.  There is no way she made that kind of money on the previous house.  She bought the previous house for over $500,000 and my guess is that she sold it for less than that.  The house is only a mile from my own home.  There is no way she made that money from the sale of the previous home.  Now where did Tammie Fay get a quarter of a million dollars in cash in the past year?  How?

Thank you for posting this - interesting that she does a Deed of Trust involving a trustee - along with a promissory note (a promise to pay) wonder why she didn't take out a standard mortgage?  Follow the money.

I'm not bothered by the colonic irrigation so much, other than it's a scam.  If you have money to burn and like to have an enema in a spa-like atmosphere, then this is the place. 

I'm really more concerned about the baby brokering business.  I have a huge fear that it is legal, although with questionable ethical concerns.  I wonder if these people have made some mistakes, like listing Craig Cherry on the birth certificate, that police could use to stop them.  It's just really sad thinking of the prospective parents who long for a child and will pay any amount to adopt one.  The tragedy is how they contact the birth mothers and convince them to give up their babies.  That's just wrong and the reason why we have agencies that arrange adoptions that are legal and ethical.

I have often wonder how to look up Architect's who created beautiful or ugly buildings, is there a Architecture Digest?  TIA

You'll see buildings like this built by homeowners in Arizona.  It's a mash of their concept of Tuscan with federal columns with a southwestern dollop of stucco on top.  You can get an architect to design this by giving the architect a list of features you want, like columns, four bedrooms, five baths, three car garage, and a rounded entry way or dining room, etc.  It doesn't look too different from quite a few homeowner built houses.  I like to say they have more money than taste when creating these things.  There is one new build on 67th Ave not far from Tammi's old house that is similar to this, a real sprawling monstrosity, smack dab next door to the fenced power plant and fronting a busy 5-lane 67 th Ave.  Everytime we go by it, I wonder why anyone would build that house in that location.  Crazy.

I was riding around (Google,Streetview) on West Honeysuckle, it is very Spanish and so beautiful the entire block of homes
is awesome.  I just could not make out the mess of her new house. 

I am still riding around looking for the Monstrosity house...the little gold guy on "streetview" is being difficult to direct from
her old house to 67 St.

I am baffled,

HI Sea I am a bit behind this morning but if I interpret these docs correctly the Smiths originally had a sales agreement to purchase a home from the Phoenix's on April 28th, 2008 see that document here,

However they must not have followed thru with the agreement for whatever reason because they deeded the property back so to speak by releasing the original sale/agreement to the Phoenix's in May of 2009, see that doc here

I don't think they own a home I am thinking they are renting - the info that came out said a search warrant was issued near 160th and Rio Verde Trail but no specific address - strange.  If this has already been talked about I apologize as I am catching up.

The house is adobe styled and a spanish theme as is often seen in Arizona and New Mexico, the American Southwest.  I used to live in New Mexico and came to appreciate this kind of architecture.  It can be quite beautiful and yes very different.

we haven't graded the backyard yet! I don't think we will have the pool and landscape done till next summer!

What a pretty house to be built in such an ugly area  It is obvious that Tammi is mentally not right, perhaps she has had treatment or even have been hospitalized for this, perhaps that is why they can't adopt the usual/normal way. I could be wrong but I think mental illness would prevent one from adopting the usual way.
