I wondered about that - I wasn't sure who to contact they list the 800 number for missing children and that was it - any idea how I get in touch with the FBI?

Thanks for the info Northern Rose.  Tammi so full of snit.....I love the good advice she gives EJ in that email.......and then she says this;

"Your one of millions of mothers that leaves the state to keep her child safe from the horrible father. It's NOT kidnapping!" 

WTH? 

I am concerned about the CL ad of the couple in their 30's and EJ told Tammi that Gabriel is with a couple in their 30's.   

That is disturbing - could it be?  And is this even legal?  Does LE know about this listing?

I have no idea if LE knows.  The toll free numbers don't work for me to call as I am not in the US.   I am hoping someone has let them know as the ad was posted Dec 26 and EJ took the bus Dec 27. 

I will forward the listing to them by email.  I am either real tired or confused, in the one email EJ says her and Gabriel are fine and in Tammi's response she says thanks for letting me know you are ok and then goes on to praise her for giving him up to a good family??????

tammi, i will never come forward, yes what i said was wrong but i wanted him to hurt like he hurt me so thats why i said all that. me and gabriel are fine, in fact great i just got a full time job under a fake name and the owner is very understanding of my situation, and is willing to hel...p me get new id's and stuff. I can not let you or anyone else no where i am, just know i am getting lots of help, i am very smart and resourceful, and that i am one of the most compedant people you will ever meet. I have always taken care of myself bymyself as long as i can remember. i can't call in fear of phone records. I am ever worried this email can be traced to where i am, so i probably won't email again, but i had to let you know we are all right because i know you must be worried sick, and i am soo sorry for that i really am. YOU and jack are such good people.

EJ was very detached and cold not offering any info to investigators when she was picked up in Miami beach

Tammi Says - after meeting EJ at airport within 5 whole minutes Tammi asked her about adoption

EJ told Tammi  she had someone to change their SS cards and identities

EJ told Tammi the people that have Gabriel are white and in their 30's.

Tammi regrets falsifying paternity papers

Tammi says ANYONE AND EVERYONE involved has told a lie, there is not one innocent person that has not said one fib 

She is so full of it.  A Fib is something you tell your mother when she asks if you have taken a cookie a lie is when you falsify a court document, please she is a liar, she even lies about lying.

That is exactly what the woman said - she said, it may seem like nothing but it could be something in connecting the dots - I asked a lot of questions unfortunately they give no information, but heck I tried. I figure if they keep getting information it keeps this investigation alive and well like I hope Gabriel is but I am cautiously optimistic after the story about the landfill.  Going to hit the hay Monkeys - have a good night.

Exclusive: Police expected to search landfill for missing baby

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas -- Police were at a landfill Friday that officials previously said they might want to search in connection with the case of a missing 8-month-old baby.

Gabriel Johnson was last seen in San Antonio on December 26th. Last week, investigators informed the operators of the Allied Waste - Tessman Road Landfill located at 7000 IH-10 East about the possibility of a search.

News 4 WOAI have been checking the site each day. When News 4 WOAI crew pulled up to the site Friday, several officers were there along with search dogs. However, police would not answer any questions.

Gabriel Johnson vigil to be held Sunday, January 24, 2010


Gabriel Johnson’s uncle and aunt, Wil and Kelli McQueary have planned a candlelight vigil for their missing nephew.


The 8-month old baby hasn’t been seen since December 26, 2009 when his mother had abducted him and brought him from Arizona to Texas. Gabriel’s mother, Elizabeth Johnson, now sits in a Maricopa County jail refusing to cooperate with authorities and tell them where Gabriel is.
Due to conflicting statement s made by Elizabeth Johnson, Gabriel’s disappearance is being handled as a missing child as well as a homicide. Elizabeth Johnson made several statements to Gabriel’s father that she killed him. Then she told authorities that she gave Gabriel away. Kelli and Wil McQueary said that they believe strongly in the power of prayer and are appreciative of the public’s support. Gabriel Johnsons’ father, Logan McQueary will be in attendance praying for the safe return of his son.


The candlelight vigil is scheduled to take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2010 at the Chaparral Park in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Good morning everyone, I hope this day finds you all healthy and happy!  
Tammi is a piece of work and I hate to sound so judgemental when it comes to her but she has thrown herself in this. There are facts proving her deceit, yet she calls it a fib. You are alll great at this sleuthing... Nancy Drew would be proud. That was a great find in the email between Tammi and EJ. Ej is saying they are both fine giving the impression that they are together. Tammi says it is a good thing to do giving your child to a good home.  That speaks volumes. Does Tammi already know something. Did she set this up? Was she the one yelling on the other end of thwe phone because EJ went out and got a babysitter, bringing in another party to witness that EJ was in San Antonio. Can they check her cell phone for that day to see what phone numbers show up? I am sure they have already, just wondering who it was.

I have a hard time believing a 4.0 student wrote this email--Unless we can find out that EJ also has such horrible grammar and spelling. We have seen time and again, even from her recent posts, Tammi cannot write nor use decent grammar. I suspect LE will find that it was Tammi who wrote the email.
