Tammi remain silent???? A bit late, I think, now that's she's already confessed to forgery on national TV.  She bad mouthed LE and accused them of altering evidence and threatened Logan to "Watch out."  Her lawyer might have silenced her for the moment, but it can't last, as she is psychologically unable to keep her mouth shut. If anybody will be "Torn apart" it's going to be Tammi Smith and her hubby as the truth about their backgrounds is trickling out.  Trickling out?  No gushing out.  Wonder if Tammi knows how to control that gusher.

In Tammi's case she came out flapping her jaw from the get go and you know what they say "Loose lips sink ships"  I think she sunk the ship a while back and she is won't stop even under the advisement of her attorney - she is ruthless and evil.

She is stupid,too! The stupidest women on planet earth. This is the reason why...she was naive to mess around with Logan.
She put the screws to him (not thinking) that Logan is from the 'techical generation' meaning he had every gizmo to record her messages ans save the technical evidence to convict her. Tammi must stay up all night to be as stupid as she is!

Baby Gabriel Search Heads to TX Landfill (with video)

Investigators in San Antonio are expected to search a landfill, looking for the body of Baby Gabriel.

The area has been roped off, but so far police won't say when they will begin searching the landfill.

But the search is going to be a difficult one. Detectives here in the valley conducted a similar search back in 1998, looking for the body of Cookie Jacobson.

FOX 10's Miriam Garcia spoke with investigators who searched for Jacobson's body. They say it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Meanwhile, authorities say a criminal complaint has been filed against a Scottsdale woman who wanted to adopt an Arizona
baby missing since late December.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 37-year-old Tammi Smith has been accused of conspiracy to commit custodial interference and forgery.

The criminal complaint essentially is the step between an arrest and a preliminary hearing or indictment.

Tempe police on Tuesday arrested Smith on suspicion of trying to pressure the father of 9-month-old Gabriel Johnson into signing over his parental rights. Smith was released from jail Wednesday morning on a $15,000 bond. She and her husband have denied any involvement in the baby's disappearance.

Many of you have been asking is Logan back in Phoenix? Yes he is. He just found out he has to get all of his stuff out of his place by today. He did not know this before he left and it could not be done before he left. If he does not get it out (his stuff only) it will be sold. He flew in late last night he will be wor...king with family to move his belongings and will be on a plane this afternoon back to San Antonio for a meeting with the San Antonio Police Department. Thank you to each and everyone of you for all of your help and prayers in finding Gabriel.

I find it rather interesting that since Tammi has had to hire a CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney how she is going to sue anyone and everyone who crosses her path of destruction.  I think she may want to take some of her own advice because if you ask me Logan is the only one in any position to sue.......and win.

thanks darla, I was on a mission after she threw that Matthew 7:3 out there. She can sue me, I'm broke like the rest of Middle Class America but I'm thinking about looking into a colon cleansing certificate. It looks like it pays the bills alright...jk
