The facts are starting to come out. The things Law Enforcement have been keeping quiet about.
 
Elizabeth had three goals:
 
1) Find a new home for Gabriel and give him a better life than she had.
2) Hurt and destroy Logan by never letting him see his son again.
3) Start a new life without Logan or Gabriel.
 
In essence she has accomplished her goals. However, I don't think she expected prison to be the "new life."
 
Facts and Opinions
 
Tammi Smith, according to the court records of her charges, desperately wanted to adopt Gabriel. She hates Logan and blames him as the number one reason why she was not able to adopt Gabriel. (This can be verified by her own recorded statements.) It is the opinion of this writer, Tammi Smith believed she had convinced Elizabeth to follow a plan to allow her to adopt Gabriel. Elizabeth acted as if she was following the plan Tammi Smith and her made. Tammi Smith supported Elizabeth blaming Logan for all her problems. Elizabeth was fueled with this conclusion.
 
However, it appears before Elizabeth left Arizona she had made her own plan to have Gabriel adopted "underground". She knew that the Smiths could never adopt Gabriel. Elizabeth knew in doing so, she would always know where Gabriel was, which meant Logan would know, too. She did not want to know where Gabriel was after she gave him up for adoption. Elizabeth pre-arranged the hand-off of Gabriel in San Antonio, TX, or nearby.  She did not want to meet or know anything about the actual adoptive parents. The less she knew, the better. This would keep to her statement of not knowing where or who Gabriel was with to be true. This plan was not just arranged in the weeks prior to her leaving the state. It was her back-up plan or original plan, made well in advance. Elizabeth went through the motions of trying to help the Smiths adopt Gabriel. She needed a cover, the Smiths provided this, since Elizabeth knew Tammi was bent on adopting Gabriel. It can be alleged that through collusion, between the Smiths and Elizabeth they came up with "the plan". (I allege, the Smiths should be charged with conspiracy to kidnap.)
 
The photos of Gabriel released by the Tempe Police Department show Gabriel dressed in four different outfits. The arrangement and appearance of the room suggest the photos may have been taken on different dates. There was a time stamp of 12/26/2009 (on at least two of the photos when they were made public) The photos first appear to possibly be photos, to attract someone to adopt Gabriel. This does not appear to be the case. These are photos taken to remember her son. Therefore suggesting that on 12/26/2009 she gave Gabriel "away." Elizabeth did "medicate" Gabriel. She wanted him to be sleeping. She did not want to look into to his eyes and this may have been recommended by the persons taking Gabriel, who may have even furnished the medication. The transfer most likely occurred on the day or evening of the 26th or early AM on the 27th. Since Elizabeth left the Motel 6 parking lot (she had not stayed there and only left her Grandfathers car in the parking lot) at about noon on the 27th of December 2009 and went to the Tornado Bus Station. She was on the bus leaving for Florida at 1 PM (CST) on 12/27/2009. (12 noon MST for AZ) The Tempe Police report at 1:05 PM MST or (2:05 PM CST) that Logan filed that Elizabeth had made threats of harm to their child. It is not clear if this is the time Logan made the report or if this is the time Logan received the text messages and additional phone calls from Elizabeth. In either case this places Elizabeth on the bus at the time of the text / calls or of the police report. She had to do this as the final goal of destroying Logan. She lied. She was not on a plane leaving the country. She did not kill Gabriel and place him in a dumpster...
 
Side Bar: In all of Elizabeth's "rage episodes" there have not been any reports of her physically injuring Gabriel. In reality her rage episodes really hurt herself. She had / has a lot of anger but it is turned inward. All the damage was to things not attacking any person. She was truly frustrated with her life and felt trapped by the responsibility of motherhood, being in a relationship, and not having a future, or the future she wanted to have.
Very true she did neglect and cause emotional and mental harm to Gabriel, that is undeniable according to court documents and Logan's published statements. She did not want to be a Mother, as her past triggered much emotional turmoil. Elizabeth being intelligent had to do something because she herself could sense that she was getting closer and closer to crossing that line. That being of really doing or causing fatal harm to her child.
 
Gabriel's whereabouts are unknown by Elizabeth Johnson, her family members, her friends, the Smiths, and of course Logan, his family and friends.
 
The park meeting was first true then became untrue. It was to have been Raymond Russell County Park, Bexar County, Texas. As promoted by the Smiths. This is more likely from the plan the Smiths and Elizabeth conspired. There were previous reports of the Six Flags Fiesta Park but were discredited and now this is the park currently being stated as there being actually video surveillance of Elizabeth and Gabriel being outside the park on 12/26/2009.  Law Enforcement has not disclosed additional information to verify if there are other persons in the video. There is no time of day being stated as far I know.
 
All actions so far suggest that Elizabeth acted independently when she gave Gabriel up to the unknown person or persons. She did not have additional assistance from any of her family members, friends, the Smiths or any person she personally knew. Finding additional information about Elizabeth's family members, friends is a moot point, she acted indepently while in San Antonio. Evidence of the Smiths involvement is a valid denominator.
 
However, I allege, the Smiths had knowledge of the "plan" and knowledge of Elizabeth and Gabriel's whereabouts after they left Arizona. By withholding these facts for purely selfish reason of adopting Gabriel, I allege the Smiths should be held accountable in the disappearance of Gabriel Johnson. The Smiths should have come forward back in December while Gabriel was still with Elizabeth. They should have told Law Enforcement where Elizabeth and Gabriel were. I allege, the Smiths withheld critical information and therefore should be held accountable for their actions.
 
If they had done this, Gabriel would not be missing.
 
It is very possible with falsified adoption papers and birth certificate (with false original name or new name) or with a false passport, even though most countries do not require a passport for a child under 1 year of age, just a birth certificate and legal documents stating his parents or combination of such documents, Gabriel may have entered Mexico. However, he no longer would be there. He very likely would have boarded an International flight with his new adopted parent, parents, or an attendant for the intended family.  Not to insult any country, for example France has very lax laws regarding the pursuit of illegally adopted children. Gabriel could be in Paris, France.
 
As for Beth in Wisconsin who adopted a baby named Gabriel. That was a fluke. What person would adopt a child illegally and not change their name? Then to top it off boast about it in a blog. Think about it? Becky Higgins sure got a big bonus of promoting her scrapbooking business from this.
 
Then when the Smiths were trying to get "their" story heard by calling and calling Law Enforcement, reporters and any and all media. Then Yami Virgin of KABB Fox 29 in San Antonio, Texas happened to first to interview the Smiths. The Smiths now had a "friend". Yami Virgin IS NOT friends with the Smiths, in the past, present and seriously doubt ever in the future.  The Smith's used her name during the Nancy Grace interviews and at other times when making statements. The Smiths wanted to add some creditability to their stories or alleged lies by adding a reporters name to their to make their stories more believable. Yami Virgin is not a friend of the Smiths.
 
Tammi and God, every word that Tammi says about her and God is true. It is true only in Tammi Smith's own mind. No where else. She has convinced herself or literally brainwashed herself into believing she is doing God's work. This condition is very similar to those who have been in unethical "Christian Cults" and the like.  No matter how many people will tell her she is wrong and has done wrong, she will never see it. I just hope she doesn't get pushed too far and has a break from reality. A person with her state of mind could snap. We want her mentally competent to stand trial. Don't want her ending up in a state mental hospital. Preaching about colon cleansing to save your soul.
 
Keep Gabriel, Logan and his family in your prayers and that Gabriel returns home soon, safe and well. Pray that that Elizabeth will give all the information she knows and justice will come for the Smiths.

I would like to reach out to whomever has Baby Gabriel and may be reading here, to put aside the fear that you may be punished for having him. If it is money that you want, please contact the Tempe Police Dept from a phone booth and explain yourself and the situation. Money will not be an obstacle if you in fact have h...im. (we will get you the money) If you paid for Gabriel and want your money back, we will get you your money back....just pick up the phone or you can even contact anyone on this site through email...go to a local Library or even Kinkos. Logan needs to know his son is safe and the rest we can work out. I know you're scared, it's a very scary thing to be betrayed or feel like you will be betrayed, but honestly, we just need Gabriel back and the rest will work itself out. PROMISE!!!!! Please think of Gabriel and the family that so deperately wants him back. You were lied to and manipulated...its NOT NOT NOT your fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!See More

This is a bit off topic - but intelius has been linked to selling credit card number to other people to use. I was a victim of it and it took forever to straighten out - the only way we stopped the charges was to cancel the card. Just a word to the wise.

 ... DREW PETROMO, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO, stated (NG show) EJ's father died in 2007.  We know what year he died, so
hopefully, the RWJ-2007, will be the correct Obit name. I will get started on that search, again.

Great post Lilyfinn. If it is how it happened Gabriel may never be found. I hope there are some tapes from the six flags park. I wonder if they can check flight itineraries leaving San Antonio or possibly Dallas for that time frame and see if anyone was travelling with an 8 month old baby.  If the couple that adopted Gabriel are in another country they may not have even heard about it. I wonder if it has made the news internationally? I am going to check BBS.

Nothing as far as I'm aware. Neither BBC nor Sky news, the two biggest news channels, haven't mention anything about Gabriel. I will certainly let you all know if I hear anything about it on British news.

So this is what I have been thinking about. So lets say she did give a couple her baby and it was arrange through some kind of private adoption, underground agency. I bet more times then not these go off without a hitch, this time the attention has been great. The media is all over it, bloggers are posting, it has not stayed a hush-hush as normal. So then what? The parents have the baby already, what role does the agency then have? Have they provided any help to this family? I wonder if they are advising them what to do and where to go?

I have been beginning to wonder the same thing, I sure wish we knew for sure her mother's first name.  I was thinking when she used Elizabeth Jones to buy her bus ticket, was Jones perhaps her mother's name?  I also ask myself would they have named their children each after themselves?  IDK
