From the blurb on myspace I would guess Answered prayers is a place for disabled citizens. They  provide various therapies for children and adults.

So if you or anyone you know has a child or adult with a disability send them to us. compare us to any other company and you will see we were ment for you and your loved ones.

I was getting ready to post that respite care is for disabled and also, like when dad was in hospice, hospice is respite care also.

What was Tammi's birth name?

her mother is JANIS S. COUVILLION
her father ROBIN A. PETERS

i didn't find anything on Tammi on that site.  I tried Tammi, Tammy with the last name of Peters.  I tried Arizona and Louisiana.  Nothing.

TAMMI FAY PETERS SMITH Mother's Name: JANIS S. COUVILLION Father's Name: ROBIN A. PETERS Sex: F Date of Birth: 3.12.1972 Place of Birth: PHOENIX,AZ.

Still nothing.  Let me try a different search.

From Familysearch.org

1. Janice COUVILLION - U.S. Social Security Death Index
Birth: 12 Apr 1930  State Where Number was Issued: Louisiana  Death: 9 Jan 2003

But I think this Janice Couvillion was too old?  Still nothing on Tammi

Klaas,

Not sure if this has been posted before.  It's a bit OT, yet possibly relevant as it is about baby trafficking.

I haven't been able to find out anything, but I'm not as good at searching as some other monkeys; so I am hoping to find out something. I am very interested in what happened and don't understand why it doesn't seem to be reported by the local news outlet I usually check for AZ updates.

Wow.... that article is unreal.  The prison terms aren't very long and the disturbing part is that none of the babies have ever been found.

San Antonio police comb through landfill for Tempe baby

San Antonio police are likely to race weeks of meticulous digging through mountains of stench and waste in a costly landfill search that experts say may never lead to the body of 9-month-old missing baby Gabriel Johnson.

On Wednesday, police worked through the rain to remove 45 feet of debris, a process that will take another four days before investigators get to the trash they really want: garbage from the motel where the Tempe child was last seen alive.

Experts who have conducted similar searches said police volunteers and cadaver dogs could spend months in the tedious task of sorting the trash.

They will follow dates on discarded newspapers to make sure they are looking in the right spot.

They will become experts on the difference between turkey bones, chicken bones and steak bones.

They will get attached to the case and the child, but they may not ever find him, experts said.

A landfill search is expensive, laborious and often fruitless, experts say. They note that without confirmation that the boy is dead and evidence to support the theory that the child is in the dump, the likelihood of finding the body is slim.

"Sometimes unfortunately, you end up having to do things because you have a public out there expecting you to," said Paul Laska, who once oversaw a landfill search for a child in Florida.

Thank-you. We need Mikel Wayne Silora, Robert E. Riddle and Jackie Don Smith. Darla noted they may have married in Hawaii.
I am so impressed by the dogged diggers.

Why is the date of 1972 in brackets under it?      Can I shave off 10 years like that as well?

Search for Baby Gabriel:
Local companies picking up $100,000 excavation cost  (with video)

Tuesday, workers began the monumental task of excavating a section of the Tessman Road landfill in search of Baby Gabriel.

The San Antonio Police Department estimates the cost of this dig to be more than $100,000.

However, it’s not going to cost taxpayers a dime.

The police department reached out to nearly a dozen local companies who agreed to donate time, equipment, and resources to the search efforts.

"We really didn't hesitate to say yes," said Zachary Construction spokesperson Vicky Waddy.

Zachary Construction told the city it could take care of the dig free of charge to the city -- a job it would normally charge a company $30,000.

Along with a more than a half dozen construction companies, SAPD asked the Bexar County Junior Livestock Show for help as well.

"They asked me if they could use it, " said Bexar County Junior Livestock Show President Clarence Sultenfuss.

The junior livestock show owns property near the landfill that SAPDP needs to store equipment for the search and to hold media briefings.

"There was no hesitation on our part to let them use it,  said Sultenfuss. “We immediately told them yes."

When it’s added all up, this landfill search will cost the city taxpayers nothing, but for many of Baby Gabriel's family members, it's priceless.

City officials say the following businesses have assisted the search effort with equipment or personnel:

• Allied Waste Landfill
• HB Zachry Construction
• Yantis Construction
• M&M Contracting
• Holt Construction
• United Site Services
• Home Depot
• HEB
• Bexar County Junior Livestock
• Martinez Social Club
