I can't help but consider little Hannah, she is a victim in all of this and is only 4 years old. She doesn't know better and right now her mommy is in jail. Poor little girl my heart goes out to her.

I wonder where Jack Smith is in all this?  Maybe he is talking and that's why he's not in jail too.  I'm not sure if he's been bamboozled by Tammi, but I find it interesting she's in jail and he's not.  Wondering if this is a divide and conquer technique by LE?  Or if Jack has been treated like a mushroom by Tammi?  (Kept in dark and fed **it)

it's 2:30 PST (West Coast)
it's 4:30 CST (Central Standard Time)
it's 5:30 EST (East Coast)

I was thinking the same thing, Sunny.  It would be go to jail.  Go directly to jail.  Do not pass go, do not collect $200.00.
