I can't help but consider little Hannah, she is a victim in all of this and is only 4 years old. She doesn't know better and right now her mommy is in jail. Poor little girl my heart goes out to her.

Yes but Tammi and Jack in as much as stole Hannah from Hannah's dad and adopted Hannah as their own.

Yes she is in reality the granddaughter that is until the smiths "adopted" her and now she lives as their daughter.

Hannah is the daughter of Jack's daughter, so technically Jack is Hannah's Gramps.  Jack and Tammi adopted Hannah without notifying her father (according to Travis Hannah's Dad) and are now her parents legally.

Her lawyer is saying they could have summoned her, and she would have appeared, she had no reason to run.......I think we have about 6 documents showing her failure to appear.

I was just thinking the same thing Darla!! I sure hope Hannah's father does try to get his daughter back. By all accounts he has a strong case. I hate what all this though is going to do to Hannah though. She is just an innocent baby in all this chaos.

I was just thinking the same thing Darla!! I sure hope Hannah's father does try to get his daughter back. By all accounts he has a strong case. I hate what all this though is going to do to Hannah though. She is just an innocent baby in all this chaos.

Travis told me in an email that he does not have the money for a lawyer. I told him surely if he could get his story out and that he needed a lawyer just maybe someone would help him for free. Or he could look for free legal help where he lives.

Did everyone see the overhead shot of Tammi's house on HLN?  You don't get a house like that by giving enemas.  Her arrest (And it's about time) should be helpful in determining where Gabriel is and how much everybody got. 

I have to applaud Tempe police for arresting Tammi.  Now, if the Orlando police will take a hint and arrest Cindy Anthony for tampering, lying to LE, intereferring with an investigation, etc. etc. etc.  That will be the happiest day of my internet life.

Tammi Smith was arrested this morning for forgery, custodial interference, and conspiracy to commit custodial interference, said police in Tempe, Ariz.

Oh Babybear you said it - ITA with everything you posted.  I am hoping we learn something about Gabriel and I would give love to Cindy Anthony arrested - that would be swwwwweeeet!
