Hello everyone. Just wanted to drob by to check if there is anything new, was hoping Tammi would be in jail but no such luck. Not feeling well today at all so I am laying low.

Speaking of dreams, lol. I did want to tell you though last night I had a wonderful dream about Baby Gabriel. I walked into a room and there he was, crawling on the floor looking as happy as can be. I scooped him up and gave him a big hug and turned to take him home. No matter how this turns out, if he is alive or not, I pray one day that really does happen, someone finds him and brings him back to his father..

I agree with you all, our justice system has become too flawed. The criminals have more rights than the victims. We need better training for LE, it is way to lax and people are walking away because of technicalities or because they choose to keep their mouth shut. I take a look at someone like Lyons and ask myself what is her beef with life and justice? Elizabeth said she killed Gabriel, has tried to illegally give him away earlier to Tammi Smith, neglected him, and has shown that she is prone to violence and outburts. I say charge her with murder, until she can prove that he is alive. They need to haul Tammi in as well. Time for these two ladies to tell the truth.

The problem is that people believe in the "presumption of innocence" - really is it an assumption of innocence until there is proof otherwise. I think that in too many cases there is lots of proof that strongly says a person is guilty but people want to hang their had on presumption of innocence. It really comes down to the fact that good people are way to wimpy - more good people need to stand up for what is right and the bad ones will back down.

Apparently they have been using the K-9 for search. There haven't been any reports of anything found, or at least made public. I believe the K-9 units can be trained to specifically smell the scent of a corpse. (K-9 units can be trained in other specialty areas, too) I hope the reason they haven't made any public reports is because they haven't found anything. Now since this began about two weeks ago, that would mean that the "sniff search" started almost three weeks or 19 or 20 days from the date of when Gabriel went missing. Then there may have been additional garbage placed there during that time?

The last sentence is good, "Jack and Tammi Smith remain persons of interest in the case". 

When Elizabeth went to court she was charged with: kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference and she plead "Not Guilty". But was not charged with "conspiracy to commit custodial interference", as some reports were stating.

This leads me to believe that the police are still pursuing more evidence against Tammi and Jack Smith. It looks like when there is enough evidence this charge will be levied against Elizabeth and the Smiths.  This would hopefully keep it from being dismissed as a lesser charge if they had charged her with this along with the other three charges. 


I was wondering where did #1 go? I still see #2 and #3 for posting?

Why is it every time I read a post TS has made that I get a glimmer of hope that she knows right where Baby Gabe is and is trying to deflect and look all innocent and Godly?? I also get  every time I read her words or hear her voice. She is pathetic. JMO

San Antonio Police: It's not a homicide investigation

Police in San Antonio, Texas say they are moving "full steam ahead" in the search for Gabriel Johnson. The 8-month old was last seen in San Antonio on December, 26th, "We have some things in the planning stage and will undertake soon in our attempts to find baby Gabriel," said Chief William McManus.

While the owners of a landfill in San Antonio have been contacted police say they have no immediate plans to search the area. As of now they are focused on finding the baby, "If we believe the baby was dead we would open a homicide investigation, now that is not the case," said McManus. Police would not elaborate on what sort of plan they have been working on.

While the investigation in San Antonio appears to be ramping up investigators in Tempe say almost all leads have dried up. The focus now shifting more to the case against Elizabeth Johnson. Gabriel's mother has been charged with four felonies including kidnapping. Police also believe Johnson has help and continue to look at Jack and Tammi Smith. The North Valley couple had hoped to adopt Gabriel at one point.

12 News has learned the Smith's have hired high profile criminal attorney Mike Kimerer. The Smith's say they have been advised to keep quite from now on. When 12 News reached Jack Smith he would only say he and his wife thought it was time to hire an attorney.

The couple has expressed some concern that police may be trying to build a case against them. Police recently asked Logan McQueary, Gabriel's father to send them all text messages the Smith's sent him over the past month.

McQueary is also set to head on his own search later next week. McQueary tells 12 News he will retrace the route Elizabeth Johnson took to San Antonio.

Plus the fact that Tammi and Jack now have an attorney. I just wonder how long they will be able to share the same attorney. From one of the news reports, Jack did state something to the effect, "they had built a business and weren't going to throw it away for someone they have only known for 9 days." (meaning Elizabeth)

If it comes out or I should say when it comes out the Smiths were involved. I think Jack will turn on Tammi to save "the business".

I think so too, I think the police have some kind of proof or information that Gabe is still alive. As for the Smiths, I'm sure both of them are guilty but Jack kept rather quiet while Tammi was all over the place, not surprised that their attorney advised them to keep quiet from now on.
