There's nothing to it...It's because of the Craig Cherry thing that happed long before Elizabeth took off with the baby! But it will all unravel in all the court proceedings and we will prove my innocence....I can't give out all those details, but just wait and pray and you will see that we did everything to help her the legal way....We have no fear, we are innocent and God is n our side. Thanks for your prayers!

Hi Northern Rose!     Thanks, and glad to see you too!  I've missssssssed all of you so much!  The move went great and was uneventful, thank goodness, no U-Haul stuck in the sand or nuttin.  lol  There are only 20 people living in this 'village', it's not even a town, not even one stop sign!  No gas station, no bar, but there is a church, and that's it.  Too friggin quiet here!  My doxie got out and was chasing horses from across the way, not a smart thing to do.  lol  Computer is hooked up and now I'm pedalling fast to get caught up in these threads. 

This Tammi person.....    

Never needed one of her specialities before, until reading all the BS she spouts!!  What worries me the most about her is how VERY desperately she seems to need/want a child, any child.  To the point that not only Gabe, but every child who she comes across, seems to be or have been, in great danger of being grabbed by her.  Am hoping that LE is taking that desperation into account, in order to protect any other child in the future.  And for Hannah, my wish is that the judge overturns his earlier decision and she is returned to her rightful parents immediately. 

As to the seeming hatred of Gabe's father, that Tammi seems to have... Wonder if she has at all considered the possibility that EJ totally lied to her about him, about everything.  That, or there may be the possibility that Tammi totally led EJ on.  Maybe they lied to each other, and poor Gabe was caught up in the middle. 

The other thing I've been wondering about is.. Am hoping that LE has taken into account that just prior to Gabe's having gone missing, EJ was offering to give away or sell a bunch of baby stuff.  Could this be viewed by prosecuters as premeditation.. for either adopting him out or.... ? 

Okies, back to catching up.  Am soooooo glad to be back!

They did drop the custodial interference charge leaving the conspiracy to commit in. Smith facing 2 charges in baby Gabriel case

PHOENIX - A woman who wanted to adopt with 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson was officially charged with crimes relating to his disappearance.

Tammi Smith is charged with conspiracy to commit custodial interference and forgery. "These are the charges that our office is comfortable prosecuting right now. Our standard is whether there's a reasonable likelihood of conviction, based on the evidence in possession of our office at the time the charges were filed. That's where we are for now," said Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas.

She was originally accused of a third crime, custodial interference.

Authorities alleged Smith withheld information as police investigated the disappearance of the infant. Tempe Police also accuse Smith of forgery relating to false information on paternity documents which falsely named Smith's cousin as Gabriel's father.

Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson remains in jail accused of kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference and conspiracy to commit custodial interference.
