Jack's daughter is Hannahs mother

Jack's Daughter has drug and alchohol issues

Jack's daughter was in rehad and Jack and Tammi filed for custody.

Hannah's father claims while he was out of town the Smith's claimed they could not reach Hannah's father to a court and the court granted them custody of Hannah even though Jack knew how to get ahold of Travis's parents. 

They seem to have some radical views about who should be parents. it's interesting in the video clip he claims they've been harrassed, guess he knows how Logan felt.

I really haven't followed this very closely, been hanging still with Caylee and Morgan but it always seemed like there might have been a cultish underground type thing going on here??  I hope the PI digs deep and finds Gabriel.

Yes.  so she should be in front of the judge shortly I hope.  EJ was arraigned at 1:00 am when they brought her back from FL.

Wonder if the judge that granted them custody of the granddaughter is saying "rut roh" right about now?  Could be a close personal friend or customer that thought he was doing them a big favor.

The arrest docs are a really good insight into what length Tammi has gone to adopt Gabriel, from calling a Judge to many other things.

NR.....no...please don't tell me that.  I am way out of the loop, didn't hear about that.    She may see herself as a new age angel of mercy, a rescuer of chilren. The story of happening upon EJ in an airport is ridiculous in my book.   Ya know once people feel that they are "ordained' to do the work of the Lord as regards to children all bets are off.

Jack Smith is no longer regarded as a person of interest. He is angry about his wife's arrest, telling FOX 10, "This is wrong... we're a good family. We're a good God-fearing loving family, people are wanting to do everything they can to rip us to shreds."

Tammi Smith will spend time in jail until she gets to see a judge and bond is set. Tempe Police have advised against her unsecured release, citing the fact that she has the financial means to flee and that she has not been truthful during the course of the investigation.

Her response to her rap sheet before she was arrested today.  This was her response when someone confronted her on her FB about all the charges she has from her past .

"she was taken advantage of"...... again maybe she doesn't get it. Having money and a hellbent desire to get some kids doesn't mean you can manipulate, coerce, bribe, uh, hello, that's taking advantage of somebody too. God doesn't like that Tammi. and He doesn't like liars either.
Very surprising in the doc that she was even looking into legally adopting EJ. That reminded me of that crazy lawyer that adopted the felon that bred the dogs that mauled her neighbor to death in San Francisco years ago

Maybe AZCPS, or whatever the child protective agency is called in AZ needs to pop in on Jack Smith and peruse the adoption papers for Hannah to see if they are in order.   I wonder if Chris Cherry is listed as her father.  I also wonder how many children Tammi has claimed were fathered by Chris Cherry.  I fear that there are many more children involved in this and I think it is a baby selling racket and Tammi is up to her eyeballs in it.  Jack Smith is an idiot.  She admitted fraudulently naming Chris Cherry as Gabriel's father on legal documents.  She admitted it on national TV.  It's on video, Jack, take a look. 

I wonder what business Jack Smith is in.  I know he played guitar or some instrument for a group in Nashville and she has claimed something about a company producing CDs. It would take a lot of money to build that house. it looks like a knock-off of a castle in Spain.  A lot of moolah there. Where did it come from?  Maybe human trafficking?  Or does he just live on money she makes from giving gullible people enemas?  That's probably over.  I hope it is, anyway.

I thought I read that Jack was now in real estate.  I have thought the same thing about baby brokering - something is awfully suspicious IMO

You are correct. He supposively buys distressed homes and flips them from what I was told by a "extremely distant" family member.
