Padilla Considers Helping Anthonys
Home Of George, Cindy Anthony In Foreclosure
A day after it was learned that the home where Caylee Anthony once lived with her mother and grandparents was being foreclosed upon, celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said he's considering helping the family save their home
George and Cindy Anthony on Monday learned that Bank of America was moving to foreclose on their Hopespring Drive home, where Caylee and her mother, Casey Anthony, lived.

Casey Anthony, 23, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded area near the home in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing about five months earlier.

Padilla made headlines when he posted Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond before she was charged in Caylee's death.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, told Local 6 News that the family is not interested in Padilla's potential help with the foreclosure process.

Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.

Of course they don't want to interfere with the foreclosure process-that would spoil their martyr process ....

...and spoil their Master Plan.

I am convinced there is a plan behind this. Not sure what it is yet, though.
I so agree with you.  Someone on BOC (Thinker, I believe,) mentioned that Dominic Casey, the A's and Brad Conway's homes are all in foreclosure.  Add to that the Milstead's recent foreclosure, and you have 4 of the players in this ridiculous Farce who all are or will be homeless.  (Maybe they can all live in the "House of Special Purpose with all the disadvantaged youth!)  So, YES, I think there is a plan, too.

Putting aside Lenny's love for media attention, I think it is great that he has offered to help.  George said last night to WESH that he would do what ever it took to save the house.  Lets see if he really meant it.  Lenny coming forward paints the Ant's into a corner to either get a job, sell assets, get out the coffee can buried in the back yard, have Lenny as a landlord or some or all of the above.  How much do they really believe the house is their only tie to Caylee that it means the world to them in the name of Caylee and that their words are true? I want to see what they do now.
Oooh, Lenny as a Landlord?  This will be the new reality show, starring the A's!  Kind of like "Three's Company".  Every episode would include at least one of the dubious characters we've seen, doing something nefarious.  Special guest stars:  Dennis and Sherri Milstead as their wacky best friends.  Pilot episode: Bass fishing with the A's.  And then hijinks ensue.

Add to the episode guide Lenny moving the Croslin's in as part of the relocation plan, and Cindy going on a full bore manic cleaning attack as the Croslin's steal her Spic and Span and dishsoap.   Cameo a visit to the Hawaiian Hotel.

Help ...  Monkey Devil!  ... have mercy ... hahaha!

What is he going to do, construct a corral for the manure spewing low lifes of the world?   A jail serving hay & oats for dinner?    No, seriously as you can tell for quite a few months I've had my last ounce of patience with this man...recently him wanting to bail out Misty & help her drug infested chosen illiterate criminal family.   I tried to reason with him but he's as stubborn as they come, dang shame because anything decent about him gets washed down the drain when he pulls stupidity from his chaps.

Morally wrong.  However, from a business stand point it makes "sense".

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/03/business/03walk.html?partner=rss&emc=rss
Snipped:
The difference between letting your house go to foreclosure because you are out of money and purposefully defaulting on a mortgage to save money can be murky. But a growing body of research indicates that significant numbers of borrowers are declining to live under what some waggishly call “house arrest.”

Negative equity is quite common in FL.  I have a friend that refid an investment condo in 2008 for $350K.  The latest apraisal in 2009 puts the value at $215K.

Western O, here's what I saw on Blink's site.

I find it oddly interesting that the same group of people who went to New York to discuss a book deal (Cindy, George, Conway, Dominic Casey) all have properties in foreclosure at the same time. Are they dumping/abandoning assets for some reason?

Dominic Casey abruptly moved out of his office space and his home in Longwood is in foreclosure.

I don't remember ever hearing about this before, so my interest was piqued.  I didn't see any links to this, so after I read that, I went to the Seminole County Clerk of Courts website and there is a notice of filing of foreclosure for Dominic and Mary Casey.
It looks like there was supposed to be a hearing on February 19th, but it was cancelled.
Interesting, huh?

Can't you just see Lenny buying out the Anthony's and Moving the Beverly Pillbillies into Cindy's house? Now wouldn't that be a hoot.

They already had the Milsteads living there for awhile, Cindy must have done some extensive cleaning after they left

Help!  I went to the Orange County Clerk of Courts, looked up Holly Gagne's court case and it says it's closed.  But obviously, I have the mental capability of a "Beverly Pillbilly", because I can't figure out what the outcome is.  Can someone help me out?

01/29/2010           Nolle Prosequi
02/08/2010           Trial  (9:00 AM) (Judicial Officer Adams, John H, SR)
02/09/2010           Bond Discharged

nolle prosequi
(no-lay pro-say-kwee) n. Latin for "we shall no longer prosecute," which is a declaration made to the judge by a prosecutor in a criminal case (or by a plaintiff in a civil lawsuit) either before or during trial, meaning the case against the defendant is being dropped. The statement is an admission that the charges cannot be proved, that evidence has demonstrated either innocence or a fatal flaw in the prosecution's claim or the district attorney has become convinced the accused is innocent. Understandably, usage of the phrase is rare. In the 1947 courtroom movie, Boomerang! the climactic moment arrived when the District Attorney himself proved the accused person innocent and declared nolle prosequi.

That's all I got!
