Putting aside Lenny's love for media attention, I think it is great that he has offered to help.  George said last night to WESH that he would do what ever it took to save the house.  Lets see if he really meant it.  Lenny coming forward paints the Ant's into a corner to either get a job, sell assets, get out the coffee can buried in the back yard, have Lenny as a landlord or some or all of the above.  How much do they really believe the house is their only tie to Caylee that it means the world to them in the name of Caylee and that their words are true? I want to see what they do now. 

Thanks NR. I went from being really ticked off at LP to now thankful. lol. It will be interesting to see what comes of this because I'm sure they never once thought LP would offer them help. 

Babybear, I share your sorrow. I'm a sucker for cowboys too and I'm disappointed in the man in black. But maybe he's offering to help for reasons we don't know yet that are actually good. If not, someone near LP, please try to kick some sense into him! First the Croslins and now this?! I hope he has a really good idea behind this other than simply helping people who support a murderer.

Money talks and I've always thought that LP uses his money to try flush out the truth in a stagnant situation.

Help!  I went to the Orange County Clerk of Courts, looked up Holly Gagne's court case and it says it's closed.  But obviously, I have the mental capability of a "Beverly Pillbilly", because I can't figure out what the outcome is.  Can someone help me out?

I am not tossing LP down yet...

I am thinking this is his way to slap the Anthony's in the face.  He knows Cindy can't stand him nor would accept his money.  He also knows this a grand plan of theirs to let the house go.  But they would and already have DECLINED his help.  Conway stated this on one of the stations.   

This proves to the world that they do not want the house.  Georgie can go on and on about how he will do anything to stay in that house.  BS, I call.   

They  do not want whatever plan they have to be disrupted.  Kinda of a timing issue also I think....  I guess in time we will know more...

But, as of right now, I still have my hat off for LP.

Don't forget when LP was going to buy the property where Caylee's remains ( yes, george, remains) were found, they nearly had tandem strokes! They were probably ready to blow sky high when he offered to "help" them out.   Bahahaha

Hi Lovinlife--It's true.  Many people are paying mortgages on houses that have a value lower than what is owed so they are just walking away.   I read that people for some reason are even vandalizing the houses as they leave. The housing crash has been particularly severe in Florida.  I was looking at some houses at Palm Coast and the tax on them was about l/4 of the greatly reduced asking price.  The prices have gone down, but the taxes haven't been adjusted for the new value. So while the Anthonys have demonstrated that they rarely do anything for other than nefarious purposes, it probably is as simple as that.  They owe more than it's worth.  So they stopped paying the mortgage and plan to live there until they are kicked out. Immoral, yes, but we are talking about the Anthonys.
