Thanks-     Lily's Fantasy Post in the comments is hilarious.  I ceased watching Nancy long ago & haven't paid any attention to LP since the Econ River fiasco but I had no idea he had been saying so much inflammable stuff.       Not good.    He lost me way back with his silly 'daisy chain' nonsense.

The state released 650 pages of evidence to Casey Anthony’s defense team, and WESH-Channel 2 analyzed what it all means.

“What sticks out most,” WESH’s Bob Kealing said tonight, “is the prosecution’s effort to go back and interview multiple members of the volunteer group Texas EquuSearch.”

The group searched for Caylee Anthony’s remains. Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter.

Richard Hornsby, an Orlando attorney who offers analysis for WESH, explained that the state is trying to rebut the defense’s claim that someone else put the toddler’s remains in the woods.

“Hornsby says the state wants to respond forcefully after Casey’s defense presents testimony from EquuSearch volunteers who say they searched and found nothing in the area where Caylee’s remains were later found, ” Kealing said. “That would open the door for Casey to claim that someone else put Caylee’s bones in the woods after she was locked up.”

Hornsby predicted that prosecutors would “destroy” those volunteers by “showing they’re either misleading or dishonest or they’re just plain wrong about what they remember.”

New Developments Surface In Case Against Casey

ORLANDO, Fla. --
Prosecutors have turned over 650 new pages of evidence, including interview transcripts and photos, to Casey Anthony's defense team.

Casey Anthony is accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony, who disappeared in June 2008 at age 2.

The newly released information is part of more than 13,000 pages of evidence released to the Anthony defense team since the state's murder
case began.

The evidence includes a December 2009 interview with the head of Texas Equusearch Tim Miller. Miller claimed that his organization never searched the area where Caylee's remains were found because the area had been underwater for some time.
New evidence also includes interviews with former Equusearch volunteers like Joe Jordan. Anthony's defense team said Jordan will testify that Equusearch did search the area and found nothing while Casey Anthony was in jail.

Defense attorney Richard Hornsby said it is clear that investigators are trying to find information to counter the defense team's claims that the remains were put in the woods after Casey was put in jail.

"No matter how many experts you put on there, when you have multiple witnesses, including law enforcement officers, who say we went there and we didn't see anything, that raises some reasonable issues a jury could consider," Hornsby said.

Prosecutors also turned over more photos enhanced by the FBI of Casey's car trunk.

Don't expect too much in this batch, but I will say that what is expected to be released is proving just how ridiculous the defense & Casey's parents are for yapping too muckin fuch, the prosecution has a heads up without having to scramble...mind you not that it is a serious concern whatsoever that the Casey camp is attempting to use the "some other dude or dudette did it defense."   O yea, how long is that list now?  Can we just imagine the State grilling on cross with "wait, Zeneida did it, no Jessie, wait Im confused Kronk, no Amy...some person that was named Zanny but isnt nanny, color me confused...care to clarify in detail what you're going with today?

Even if they have a few claiming there was no water or that they searched that area and found nothing, it will NOT hold up to the scientific testimony regarding plant life, insects & aerial proof of when water was present in the Suburban woods.   It is not unreasonable or hard to believe that several could be in those woods & miss it given the conditions which will be another factor.   It would not nor ever would explain what was found in Casey's car that she not only abandoned at Amscot but revisited several times in the time frame before she got snagged.  It also will not overcome the items linked to Casey & from the Anthony home.  It goes without saying that the rest of the evidence will be overwhelming in totality.

Wasnt worried from "day one" nor am I now...Casey is going down, just a matter of time.

Thanks for that reassurance, Capp.  I forget sometimes with all the smoke and mirrors and deliberate misdirection from the A's and the defense, that what will, (hopefully,) ultimately convict Casey is her actions.
