I remember those chokers that could be what she is wearing. I think my daughter is right that picture of her in a bathing suit looks like a man, and I've seen a couple comments on other forums where people think that is a man also

Bolded by me above. This River is a little more than slightly tanned. And the band around her neck looks like a lock of hair . But I could be wrong as I am blind as a bat. I still haven't seen a necklace on her.
