A boat can get to the water by Ron's to Katrina's...

HMMMMM...........didn't we hear rumors about a boat? Although I would think this motley crue would have been in a jon boat and don't know the distance off the top of my head, I'm leaning towards the van as the method of transportation, but open to suggestions because IIRC her scent went to the water didn't it?

Man Finds Pill In Burger King Sandwich

2 Employees Arrested In Connection With Painkiller In Food

Pill In Burger King Sandwich
Ernest McHenry said he found a blue pill in his fish sandwich from Burger King on Philips Highway near the Avenues.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- It's probably safe to say Ernest McHenry didn't order a pill inside his fish sandwich from Burger King, but that's exactly what he got.

"I said, 'Wow.' I was kind of shocked at first and I let everyone know. I said, 'Wow, look at this,'" McHenry said.

McHenry found the blue pill on the bun of the sandwich. Police said it's the painkiller hydrocodone.

"Immediately, my attitude about food or hunger, it all disappeared," McHenry said while laughing.

McHenry said he's lucky he discovered the pill before he actually took a bite. He said he went to put salt and pepper on his sandwich when he noticed it.

Another customer was not as fortunate.

Police said a 21-year-old who went through the drive-through at the same Burger King on Philips Highway near the Avenues ended up getting sick after one bite.

According to police documents, after she went back to the restaurant and called police, she had a seizure and had to be taken to a hospital.

Police later arrested Woody Duclos, a Burger King employee, on charges of poisoning food with intent to kill or injure a person.

They also charged his co-worker Bryant Jones after they said he admitted selling the pills to Duclos.

The district manager told police that Duclos was recently suspended for misconduct, and she believes "he did this because he was disgruntled and angry at the business," according to the police report.

"It's stupid really, just dumb," McHenry said. "Just goes to show you there's nothing people won't do."

McHenry said the fast food chain's famous slogan "Have it your way" has now taken on a whole new meaning.

"I didn't ask for that," he said. "People do crazy things. It just makes you a little more cautious about everything you do."

Burger King issued this statement Tuesday following the arrests of two of its employees:

"Food safety is non-negotiable at BURGER KING® restaurants. This franchise restaurant, which is independently owned and operated, has terminated the two employees involved and is working with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office on this investigation."

so 4hr later ,LE are at his place why?
then the LE are back to green, an hr later, yet its less than a 1/4 mile away
so if the situation, with Haleigh ever comes to trial with this info, will this be
introduced, or can LE use it as evidence to arrest, seems they/LE
would have done this by now
so what is missing for  evidence

errrrr....excuse me Ron Cummings, but you are in jail and could be there for a very long time...a no brainer that he should not have custody at this time...Crystal should keep Jr. as long as she passes her drug testing...otherwise....I really don't know who the hell should get this little child...that is pretty pitiful when there really isn't a close or distant relative who might be a good role model who could take custody of this child if his mother is not able to because of her own addiction...I hope that she stays clean and can keep Jr. with her...ALL just MY opinion.....
