I know one thing, if Lenny gets Misty out he better sleep with her under his pillow because she is gonna be gone if he takes his eye off her for a minute, then he will be paying the rest of that bond when she doesnt show up for court, he is starting to piss me off....just when LE has got Misty where they want her her he comes again with this same old crap he pulled with Casey, she isnt gonna tell him nothing and I thought he said he wanted her to tell him something before he bonded her out....this man is crazy..

PALATKA — Wearing a blue jail uniform and with cornrows in her hair, Misty Croslin was arraigned on seven drug trafficking charges today in a Putnam County Court.

Two of the charges were added this morning to five she already faced following an undercover narcotics investigation that ended with five arrests, including her former husband, Ronald Cummings. She faces an additional trafficking charge in St. Johns County.

Croslin was babysitting Cummings' daughter, Haleigh, and son, Ronald Jr., when the 5-year-old girl disappeared just more than a year ago.

Croslin, 18, conferred quietly with her attorney before Circuit Judge Terry LaRue read the charges to her, as she stood in waistchains and handcuffs, looking somber.

Hope Sykes, 18, a co-defendant in the case, was also arraigned on one count of drug trafficking. Cummings and co-defendants Hank Croslin Jr. and Donna Michelle Brock, 44, have filed written pleas of not guilty and asked for jury trials in their cases.

Misty Croslin's attorney, Robert Fields, told LaRue he has filed similar motions in the five initial charges facing client and intends to do so in the remaining two Putnam cases. Croslin’s $1.3 million bail could change with the new filings.

In another twist in the case that has had its central focus on the still-missing Haleigh, Croslin's mother, Lisa Croslin, was arrested on a warrant as she left the courthouse following an earlier hearing this morning.

Her husband, Hank Croslin Sr., who is Misty Croslin's father, was leaving his own 9 a.m. hearing when Palatka police arrested his wife, he said. The charge stems from an incident at the Palatka Walmart around Christmas, he said.

Lisa Croslin is charged with grand theft after a purse was reported stolen to the Palatka Police Department, according to authorities. She was released on bail later in the day, according toPutnam County Sheriff's Office jail records.

The senior Croslin said several arrests of his family are all stemming from the Haleigh case.

Croslin was the only member of the family in the courtroom when his daughter was arraigned.

As they took her out after the hearing, he asked if he could give her a hug but wasn't allowed.

He said his daughter looked sad and scared. She told him she loved him as she left the courtroom, he said. Her next Putnam County court appearance is March 31.

Haleigh Cummings Update: Arraignments, Arrests and Bondings…Oh, My!

It was supposed to be a day of court room formalities for Misty Croslin, Ronald Cummings and Hope Sykes as they had pleas of not guilty made on their behalf by their attorneys. Misty Croslin, Ronald Cummings, Tommy Croslin, Hope Sykes and Donna Brock were arrested on January 20, 2010 on drug trafficking charges.

It started out normal enough for this rather unusual situation as Croslin pleaded not guilty to all seven drug charges brought against her today in court. Her attorney, Robert Fields, requested a jury trial. A pretrial hearing is set for March.
Ronald Cummings, father of missing 6-year-old Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings who vanished February 9, 2009, did not appear in court. His attorney filed not guilty pleas on the drug trafficking charges for him.
While Misty Croslin was being arraigned on her charges, her father Hank Croslin Jr. was in court dealing with his own charges of doctor shopping, but that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Misty Croslin's mother, Lisa Croslin, was arrested outside of court on an outstanding grand theft warrant from 2009, just hours before her daughter's appearance.

Here stay in the Putnam County Jail where she had been before on forgery charges was brief today. That’s because millionaire bondsman-bounty hunter Leonard Padilla bailed her out shortly after 12 noon Thursday.

Padilla is a California-based bounty hunter who has offered to pay Croslin's bail in exchange for information on missing Haleigh Cummings.
FirstCoast News.Com reported Thursday that Croslin's lawyer has sent a strong warning to Leonard Padilla.

The cease-and-desist letter dated Feb. 17, 2010 says, "We have been informed that you have purchased a vehicle, cellular phones and other items for Hank and Lisa Croslin. Misty considers this action an unwanted, third-party contact intended to influence her parents to convince her to work with you."
"Of course I'm trying to get to her. I want to get the truth from her. How else does he expect me to create goodwill between me and her?" said Padilla told FirstCoastNews.Com Thursday.

Padilla, who has not received the letter yet, confirmed that he had spent about $3,000 on a car for Hank Croslin Sr. and at least $200 on food and phone time for Misty or her family.

The letter went on to read: "Misty Croslin has made it clear to me that she does not desire your assistance in this matter. Therefore, she respectfully requests that you cease and desist any further attempts to contact her, either directly or by way of any third party."

Haleigh disappeared last February from her Satsuma home while Croslin was babysitting her. She reportedly was the last person seen with Haleigh Cummings, but she's said she doesn't know where the child is. Investigators say her stories remain inconsistent and conflict with the evidence in the case.
