Have you had any parties lately Am thinking I could use some with two teenagers in the house.

I did go to a huge Bday party Saturday night - had a blast and felt great the next day!   Too bad we can't all get together for a few drinky drinks.

I finished granddaughters quilt. 

Have started cutting up old jeans for the grand sons quilts. Am going to make them out of old jeans. 


How are you doing besides thinking about growing gills.

It was 107 here today.

  Oh, come on!!! Your patch of earth must have looked like the surface of the moon before irrigation!!

Took the youngest and oldest grand kids today and went into Lake Worth and it was 107. I thought when we got out of the car we were going to melt. When we got home at 6:30 it was 105

GE? How's the humidity with those high temps?  Jackie, are you in the sweat belt too?

My sister is about 8 weeks away from having her first baby.  The whole family went to watch the 3D/4D sonagram this afternoon - I HAD to ask how long the baby was (skeered of a 12" baby/doll) I'm happy to say he is 15" long!  .......Whew!!!

I finished granddaughters quilt. 

Have started cutting up old jeans for the grand sons quilts. Am going to make them out of old jeans.

Temps are horrible!  Yet I know I will be b*tching about how cold it is in a few weeks.

That's exciting! I love babies!

My son is getting married in May and I went to the caterer "tasting" this week-end. OMG.............. that was a hoot! He's my kid, but he just needs to stay out of everything and just show up when told, IMO!

I am so happy to hear that you had me (skeered) it was going to be another miracle birth.  How awesome where the pictures? My niece had that done and I was a,amazed at how clear they were.  Congrats to your sister and family. A baby I can almost smell that new baby smell.

Awww, I want one!! I'm taking my first grandchild as my own. They're young. They can have another!

He acted like it was dinner FOR HIM!! The chicken bruschetta was a far more tasty and elegant dish than the chicken terriyaki, but NOOOOOOOO, he doesn't like tomatoes......... geez. In the end the caterer suggested she make him a plate of his own. LOL!!
