Scrux Shut Down

Good Riddance.

Roger, the surrepticious underminer of truth, has decided to "move on".

I applaud his decision.

As scrux was home to those who fill bandwith with blather and uneduacated legal opinion about what could -- or should -- be entered into "evidence" in this case, with heavy weighting towards pro-goon stance.  Good bye and good luck.  You'll need it in the next world.

A 3:00am phone call corroborated by a mother is slam dunk evidence of abduction.  Have Beth sign the affidavit (as I'm sure she already has).

Where's that KIDNAPPING charge?

Yeah, I agree, I think the video being aired is at Bo's behest.

I think it was to get the case back on the air and Bo was doing what he could to help out by providing the extended tapes.

Don't know if Greta really was airing them just to put Bo in a bad light even with her expressed misgivings of the event.

Someone has to get this thing started up again, I feel like we are loosing this, slowly slipping away.   I for one am a firm believer of what is in the bag, sorry if there are some that don't, but a picture says a thousand words, and I have seen the words.  If I am wrong here, I will eat my shoes.

I have been meaning to discuss this but have been so busy and then the site crashed again.

I will put a post together tomorrow about this and the info retrival. I hope that all will get involved as we want to get all the archived info back up and then some that we never counted on.

I will discuss more on tomorrow

Interfering w/ paper service is a crime.

And target refusing service is a crime as well.

The assertive nature of service was planned in advance.  

If they got goon on assault of court officer, then what a story.  BUT, goon was too scared of Dietl to engage.
